Every time we go to Little Italy, it's always good this time I had the chicken piccata which was delicious. My husband had the veal Parm and he loved it and my friend who's been dying for ravioli and it was her birthday and she enjoyed it immensely and she will definitely be taking her family there.

The quality of the food was exceptional with a very relaxing atmosphere. The servers were very personable and attentive to our needs throughout dinner. even on a crowded Christmas night. If you want truly a taste of Italy, this is the place to go.

Khyristyna was an outstanding server. I asked the chef to bring my gluten-free pasta separate from my sauce, separate from my grilled chicken and that is exactly how it was served. We had never been to this restaurant before and did not know that you had gluten-free pizza because it didn't say it on the menu. So delighted to know that you have gluten-free pizza as well. Overall, a fantastic experience. We will be back!

We were on vacation and looking for an authentic Italian experience. Did a little bit of research and found Little Italy. We loved the ambience, the service and our server. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes we were interested in. The veal parmigiana and veal scaloppini were absolutely delicious!!! Will definitely return to try even more amazing dishes!

We've been going to Little Italy since it first opened as a pizza/sub place and only half of the size that it is now. And we loved it! A couple of years ago, we became disappointed with the quality and taste of the food and figured that we wouldn't return. But after reading the many good reviews, we decided to give it another try. Everything about our visit (except the sauce, which is very good, and the service) reminded us of why we stopped going in the first place. The bread was stale on one side of each piece (?), the calamari had an odd texture (fake?), and my lasagna had a lot of unflavored meat and was just not good. The servers were very friendly, but the food will keep us from ever going back.

This place is Great, always sit in the bar room. The music is classic the drinks from the bar are outstanding. The food is totally excellent, couldn't be better. The service is friendly, professional, and helpful. Yea, it looks like a pizza place with a bar but don't be fooled, to me it's incredible. Highly recommended!

Awesome food! One of the absolute best meals I've had in a long time. From the arancini to the pizza, the warm bread basket with olive oil and garlic and herbs to dip in, the fettuccini, the lemon mascarpone cake, chocolate cake, and the gelato dish were all top notch.

We had an amazing experience at Little Italy! The food and service were top-notch. Our kids loved the chicken Alfredo and cheese ravioli. The calzone was huge and delicious, and the 16” Chef’s Special pizza was more than enough—great flavor! Another person from our party also had the tortellini chicken Alfredo, which was rich and creamy. The fresh bread was absolutely amazing. Blueberry lemon drop tasted like a piece of blueberry pie! Highly recommend!
As a New Yorker, Italian food is different everywhere you go. I'm partial to NY obviously so I'm picky. Little Italy in Myrtle Beach hit the spot. A lot of it has to do with the right sauce, and this place hits it pretty well. The service is good, the bartender makes great drinks, and the food is really good for outside NY.

The food was very good and I would say this is a hidden gem in Myrtle Beach. My only negative is that the size of the pasta dish my husband ordered for his entree was surprisingly small.
