We were staying at the Crown Reef so walked down to Loco Gecko. The worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We waited for our food at our table for TWO hours. Staff was rude & bar was not stocked. When the food finally came it was horrible. I wouldn’t even let my daughter eat her pancakes because they were SOAKED in grease (the grease running off her plate). We ended up just walking out. Never again.

The worst dining experience! Waited 2 hours for breakfast. Arrived at 9:30 and still didn’t have breakfast by 11:30. Once the food arrived, it wasn’t good at all. Food was brought to the table room service containers. The staff did not care or re check the table. Pancakes were saturated in grease! Inedible. Stay away!

It was 2pm and we were the only customers there but we had to wait almost an hour for our food. I ordered Macho Nachos. The chips were stale and they were piled up high, not spread out so the cheese was only on about 25% of the chips. The lettuce and tomatoes were on only on one of the edges leaving 75% of the top layer with just cheese and meat. Our meal was $80 before tax for 4 people with only waters to drink. Over priced.

Slow, slow and slow! We were left standing at the hoastess stand for about 5 minutes! Three people walked by and said "be right with you". It wasn't even busy maybe three tables non of which had food! Three servers walking aimlessly around ....we took the hint and We left! Too bad because the view looked amazing and the restaurant and bar looked cute!

Darlene was amazing. So sweet and immediately refilling our drinks. She deserves a raise because she was one of the best bartenders I have ever had and that’s saying something, I have done a lot of traveling and bar hopping. 1000/10 rating for her!

Great service and food food! My mom and I split the medium nachos and boneless wings. Both were very tasty. Our server Toshara was so attentive and nice! Will definitely visit again.

Great breakfast. Lots of choices stayed at Crown Reef resort which was comfy and great. Our breakfast servers were so great and personably. Will be staying here again. We were on a senior bus trip and was best place I have stayed.

The food was hot, fresh and yummy!!!! Our server Darlene was fantastic. The drinks were good and reasonably priced. This is our second stay and both times the food did not disappoint.

We are here two mornings in a row while staying at the crown reef resort. Sophia Was our waitress she was super friendly tempered us the second day and our drink order. Very personable with our kids. The food was great will totally recommend again!
