The food and service were very good with a casual atmosphere. We will go again.

My family & I go to Logan's often In our home town so on vacation we decided to check out Logan's because it's familiar food & we all know what we eat when we go there. I'm go-to start off by saying this disaster of an experience started out with our appetizer we ordered Cheese fries that came out with maybe 20 pieces of shredded cheese across cold fries so when they were remade you would expect them to come out better well that was not the case at all. We order our food my daughter & I both ordered plain cheeseburgers that came out made completely wrong & my overloaded mash potatoes were cold as ice. When we spoke to the manager he seemed not to care much at all about how our experience was going we never received a refill after seating there for at least 2 hours waiting on food , but the crazy thing that we started to notice everyone around us that came in way later then us received their food before us I guess it had to do with the fact we didn't look like everyone else in the restaurant we were the only minority group in the restaurant & it's needless to say to their is definitely a priority to only a certain race here. I definitely won't come back to somewhere we are clearly not wanted.

I've been to Logan's Roadhouse in North Myrtle Beach and it was very good. This location in Myrtle Beach was not. Service was average. And the quality of the food was lacking greatly. For Fairly High pricing on the menu the food should have been great. My sweet potato was nearly cold. My steak had so much fat and gristle it was almost non-edible.

I did carry out. Logan's ribs are my dad's favorite in Myrtle Beach. The salad I received was a great lunch the following day. Very accommodating staff handling carry out. Highly recommend.

I have never sat at a restaurant and was ignored and they started turning lights off on us. The only lights that were on were the ones that stay on. Turned the tvs off. We got there with 45 mins to spare. Unacceptable. Coming from a restaurant manger. Will never come back to this Logan’s and we are always in the area and this is our go to place. Somewhere else will get our business when we play the weekend ball.

We have not been in for a while so the wife and I stopped in. The onion appetizer was completely dried out. Could not eat it at all. Baked potato was little. My steak had so much gristle I could not eat most of it. Took it home to the dog. He liked it. If you like spending $55+ on meal you cannot eat, this is the place for you.
