The way we was treated tonight was completely unacceptable! Food was okay but never again bartenders was nice, security however will literally make you want to turn around and not even come in!

I absolutely recommend Magoo's, I love the atmosphere -its very laid back and just a great place to stop not only on weekends, but after work and love going out to eat here and the food is AMAZING & QUICK!! The huge difference between Magoo's and all the others around is the staff and food and again the atmosphere (Chicken wings of any kind you could possibly dream of -yes, even those sweetest dreams!! ❤️ ❤️ I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE -ANYDAY OF THE WEEK- If you doubt any of this, please stop by there and spend 5mins and grab some food. you won't be sorry!!! Did I mention the great prices on .. well, everything!! also what sports bar has both smoking and a non smoking section to ensure their customers different tastes!! LOVE THE STAFF, The servers And bar staff & those cooks back there are amazing and not to mention the proprietors Heath & Magoo himself make this place feel like home!! How does this place not have 5 stars?? -WE LOVE IT!! 😍 🤩

The few wings I tried were good.
When I tried to get food later on in the evening I was ignored.
I didn’t know or like the smoky atmosphere.
The bar setup was great as far as roomy and two sides to choose from to play darts or watch sports games.

Finally ventured into Magoo's to try their much-talked-about wings, and I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Grabbed a table in the non-smoking section (yes, they have separate smoking and non-smoking areas for those who care about that sort of thing) and dove right into their wing menu.

The wings absolutely knocked it out of the park. These aren't your run-of-the-mill bar wings – they come out perfectly crispy on the outside while staying juicy on the inside. I went for the spicy version, and they definitely don't mess around with the heat level. It builds gradually, letting you appreciate the flavor before the kick sets in. The portion size was generous, and the wings were meaty – none of those scrawny pieces you sometimes get at other places.

What really floored me was the pricing. In an era where wing prices have gone through the roof everywhere else, Magoo's feels like a throwback to better days. The drink prices are just as impressive – you'll do a double-take when you get your bill, wondering if they made a mistake (they didn't).

The atmosphere in the non-smoking section is comfortable and laid-back, perfect for actually enjoying your meal without feeling rushed. The service matched the quality of the food – attentive without being overbearing.

Bottom line: If you're a wing enthusiast or just someone who appreciates great value for your money, Magoo's is a must-visit. I'm already planning my next trip back to try their other wing flavors. Don't let the unassuming exterior fool you – this place is serving up some serious quality at prices that'll make your wallet very happy.

Not a fan of the split bar.
The smoking side had such a thick cloud after one drink I felt nauseous and had to leave, my Uber driver refused to close the windows due to how badly I smelled like smoke... We would have stayed at the non smoking side but there were very few people there.
The bartender gave my friends debit card to someone else.
Wouldn't recommend this place for a non local that wants their own credit/debit card returned.

Want to give a big shout out to Magoos on Waccamaw Blvd for providing 300 of their famous Buffalo wings for our wedding reception at our home here on Saturday. We ordered 100 each of the “Garlic Parmayacki” Buffalo Garlic Parmesan” and the “ Thai Peanut”. All 3 were cooked to perfection and were a big hit on our cocktail hour menu! Magoo’s Sports & Spirits is an absolute gem in Myrtle Beach! The welcoming vibe made it the perfect place to unwind, and the atmosphere was lively yet comfortable.

Brooke, my server, was nothing short of amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The buffalo wings were flavorful, and the shrimp basket was incredible—crispy, fresh, and delicious. The wide selection of beers was just the cherry on top, with plenty of choices for everyone.

If you’re in Myrtle Beach, don’t miss out on Magoo’s! I’ll definitely be back for more great food, drinks, and service.

Ordered wings and beer, Happy Hour. Wings were good, a little soggy. We like ours crispy. Service was good, busy could've used another server.

We had our first experience today.
Best part … bar was cool and alcohol drinks were super cheap! These two reasons we may try it again.
Worst part… nothing worse than entering a bar withoight being acknowledged… even if you’re busy a Hi be right there… What’s up guys… Be right with yall… something…. We got nothing for a bit.
Bartender talked with a customer for a good 6-8 mins opening one bottle of liquor… never looked our way.
Boneless wings were covered with super thick sauce … never have seen this in all my years of being a bartender or server. And they definitely seemed like they were frozen.
Fries were good!

Would like to try again to give them another chance … curious about the wings.
All just my opinion and experience.
