We visited Marco Polo Pizzeria on our trip to Myrtle Beach. The atmosphere is fun. They have an ice cream parlor inside as well. We ordered a Jumbo half Supreme, half cheese pizza. It was huge and delicious. The price was reasonable for the amount of food. We went the next day for a banana split. It was so good. I’d highly recommend Marco Polos Pizzeria.

Terrible. Decided to go in because they were relentless stuffing the fliers in my hotel door. Completely disappointing. 40 minutes. Overpriced. They do not have sour cream so when I asked for a refund for the potato skins because according to them they don’t carry it. Told me they couldn’t give me a refund. I said your policy states that as long as I don’t leave I could get one so he “put it on my card” and wrote in pen on the damn reciept. Who knows if I will get my $15 back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I literally just spent $100 in this restaurant and then I started having a coughing fit and asked for a little bit of water. The guy at the register grabbed a bottle of water from behind the counter and tell me that I had to pay for it literally while I’m coughing if I could give zero stars I would.

I couldn’t evaluate my food because I didn’t get anything. It was their phone number on the ad. I was charged money for the preset. I never got my food from slice and they were not kind to me on the phone at all. I had no clue I was ordering from a third party. Very disappointedz

horrible service. they said the food would be here in less than a hour. it’s been over 2 hours and it’s not here. we called and was told we placed the order for pick up, we know for a fact we said delivery and told them the exact address. we are supposed to be enjoying our vacation and get served like this. seriously unacceptable.

Horrendous service, and an employee who tries to play tricks on the phone, absolute insanity. What could’ve been a simple food delivery became a whole nightmare. Never order from here…

As a New Yorker, I’m particular about my pizza. Pizza preference can be subjective, but I thoroughly enjoyed their pizza. Slightly crunchy crust, perfect amount of melted cheese and flavorful tomato sauce. Service was ok, nothing to write home about but I didn’t come here to make friends. Pie took about 15-30 minutes depending on how busy. The restaurant itself is creatively designed and also has fun drinks and desserts on the side. Would definitely recommend.

As you pull into the establishment, finding a parking spot can be a little tricky but nothing too difficult. Walking in you’re met with vibrant and energetic atmosphere. Waiting in line wasn’t that bad, maybe like a 10-15 minute wait. (We went at about 10pm-11pm and there are a bunch of statues to take pictures with to pass the time) Staff is friendly and quick with your order taking. Food took about 30-35 minutes. (we ordered a jumbo pepperoni pizza and loaded tots) Only thing I will say is that they have their music turned up super loud where it can be difficult to listen for your order number being called out. (And if you want to have conversation with family/friends I would recommend sitting outside) They also don’t do free refills which for $3/fountain drink I believe is a little crazy, especially if everyone in your party wants their individual drink. Pizza was a bit too greasy but nothing a paper towel can’t fix. They also have a dessert section inside for your sugar cravings. Overall we spent about $43 on the pizza, tots and a drink but food was hot, fresh and delicious and I would definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for a decent slice of pizza.
