Absolutely the worst meatball sub I think I have ever had in my life. Suspicious looking meat "balls"which we're not even covered in sauce. The sauce was basic pizza sauce that was very sweet and no flavor.

I definitely do not recommend ordering delivery on a Friday evening. Waited over a hour and a half for our pizza only to have it barley warm. I called an hour in to see where our order was and the lady said it hadn't gone out yet, i asked her if it was going to be made fresh and she said “yeah of course they hadn't made it.” When we received it was very obvious it had sat under the warmer for an hour at least.

We ordered a pizza, wings & soda last night (03/08/24) online at 7:22pm from this location. (15 minutes from our house) Got a confirmation saying estimated delivery time 7:52pm. At 8:15pm no food....I called and they said they were "short staffed" and "busy". I asked for an updated time and they couldn't give me one. I asked if my food would still be hot and the response from the girl was "It's sitting under a heat lamp." That gave me great confidence. NOT!!! We ended up getting the food at almost 9pm and it was all stone cold and tough as shoe leather as I had expected it would be after sitting under a heat lamp for an hour!!! NASTY!!! If they are that busy perhaps they should send some sort of notification that they are "understaffed & busy" and maybe give the option to cancel the order or get some sort of cold food discount. Being "understaffed" is starting to sound like a poor excuse and not a response I want to hear when I'm paying $50.00 for 1 pizza, 15 wings and a bottle of Mt. Dew. I will not order from Marco's again. I don't care for cold, dried up pizza and wings. There are plenty of other pizza shops around!!!

Decent pizza for a chain, must admit have yet to get a bad pizza from there but also nothing spectacular either. In a pinch it's a good choice, from my experience at least.

very disappointed in this place. I’ve ordered from here quite a few times but this was my last! Made an order through Uber eats and this isn’t the first tim. They didn’t have any tampered proof food sticker on my box!!! Where’s the food safety? Where’s the cheese? Looks like the pineapples were thrown on after it came out of the oven.. This is sickening and I am pissed!

All meat pizza was fast but mediocre as far as taste. Girl working the register had no personality about her. My first time at Marcos and ask what they had. The overhead menu was hard to read. She just pointed at a paper menu that I had overlooked. Ambiance none.

We were in Hilton Head for Christmas vacation and having seen commercials (and our son has a friend from school who works for Marco's in ATL), we went there. It was good pizza, for sure. It's a shame we don't have on near us, because this would be our Friday go to spot for pizza!

Got a pie here last week ordered two garlic dipping sauces got one. Pizza was pretty good so I ordered again this week. Asked for two garlic sauces got none. I only ordered from here because of the garlic sauce. I guess it's going in the trash. Driver didn't even offer to make it right.
