Margaritaville - Myrtle Beach

We were really looking forward to dining at Margaritaville in Myrtle Beach, but unfortunately, our experience left us feeling disappointed. Upon entering with my service dog, the host immediately suggested we sit on the screened-in patio, which has both covering and AC. My husband agreed without giving it much thought. However, we quickly realized we were seated at the very back, at the last table farthest from everyone else. It became clear that the only reason we were placed there was because of my service dog—a decision that felt both isolating and discriminatory. While our server was friendly and the food was decent, it didn’t justify the high prices. The overall experience was overshadowed by the feeling that we were treated differently due to my disability. As someone who relies on a service animal, I expect to be treated with the same respect and inclusion as any other guest. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here. I hope the management takes this as an opportunity to better train their staff on ADA compliance and how to provide an inclusive environment for all guests.

Thank you so much to Sydney and Tim. We really enjoy visiting Margaritaville in Myrtle Beach. We had the best time this afternoon for lunch celebrating our birthdays.. thank you for singing to us Tim. You have an amazing voice and you’re a very charming man, will be back.

Timmy gets a 12 out of 10 of ten stars !! Excellent waiter, we thoroughly enjoyed his service and personality with us and the kids!!! And food was wonderful!!!

The service was slow never got our appetizers. Food was cold. Chicken wasn’t cooked.$150 for there food and we had to go eat at McDonald’s.

Took forever to get a table. Food is below average and it is very expensive. We will not go back.
