Stopped in for dinner before heading to airport. This was my second time eating at McAlister’s. Got the Memphian sandwich. Was very disappointed with the Black Angus Roast Beef that was on the sandwich. While the turkey and the ham was good, the roast beef was not - it was extremely chewing and fatty - I wound up throwing all the roast beef away. That pretty much ruined my appetite as each bite was horrible with the roast beef. Not sure if I would return again.
It is sad when a customer placed a big order when the store open and the manager say yes and take the money
U wait for a hour and still no results in the meal prep until u walk to the register to ask about the order.
They are confused and u ask for the manager who took the order and he take his slow time to come to talk to the customer. It takes 20 minutes and he act like he doesn’t know what you are talking about , still can’t explain what happened that took other 10...read full review
