Waited in drive thru and for $4.44 received 2 diet cokes....no carbonation, warm. SC has to stop raising their prices on people if they are not going to up their standards. Ridiculous.

Worst service and food I have ever experienced at any fast food restaurant anywhere. Literally had to wait 45 minutes for over cooked chicken.

Yes it is a standard McDonald's. A few hours after the hurricane came through, I went on a search for food. This was one of the few places open. Appreciate the staff for making the extra effort. Dining room was closed to allow staff to concentrate on drive through which had a line a lap and a half around the building.

So my family and I stopped here for breakfast on our way home on 9/18..We ordered on kiosk and kiosk wouldnt let us pay and said take reciept to counter to pay, however kiosk didnt print. Getting up to the counter the young lady working was told by her manager they were out of burritos..Well i managed a McDonalds years ago and frankly burritos take seconds to make, but we were told to order something else, so I did..however the cashier rang up two meals instead of 1, didnt discover till after we sat down..Ok no biggie mistakes happen and we had enough people in party that it wouldnt go to waste so we just rolled with it...next issue is two spots over from us was a couple who were clearly on drugs and struggling to stay awake almost to the point of falling out of there seats, also during this time there was a well lets just put it a loud mouth woman making a production of these folks telling her family that this is why you dont do drugs and taking a video of it and bragging how shes gonna be tik tok famous with this video, The mgmt failure to address the potential overdose and this womans actions created a circus like atmosphere in the resteraunt and quite frankly was borderline dangerous to the rest of your customers in the establishment, however were not done...I waited 48 mins to get an order which we would have never got had I not stepped up to the counter to ask as I noticed our order number had been cleared off the screen, so they had no intention of even giving us our order!! Back tracking a few mins the manager Jessica told the cashiers to stop taking orders till they cleared ones they have, well two things, they werent even filling the orders already taken and two...what?? Stop taking orders?? Unheard of as a former Mcds mgr I couldnt believe it! What was even worse was at this point instead of stepping in and taking control Jessica just went in the kitchen and made a sandwhich here and there, no sense of urgency or anything...she just gave up and let her employees fend for themselves, however she took the time to snack on some food and scratch an itch in her nose with her glove on and then didnt change the glove, just went back to making food, this is all in plain sight of customers, the other mgr was just as non chalant as Jessica as well, at one point the two mgrs stood there joking with employees and doing nothing while people are waiting! Back to my order the young girl working had to take our reciept to gather our order as it had been cleared, upon getting our order, the food we were over charged for wasnt even in bag which was a dine in order but was bagged up, we had to ask for that food and two other hashbrowns and a large drink was not given either, had to ask for that...got to our seat and no fork or anything for a big breakfast...there was plenty of staff on shift if I had to estimate, at least 12 people working...the young staff was trying there best to help customers, however with now over 20+ years of managment expierence I can tell you they had no direction or leadership...these "Managers" simply have no business leading people because they simply didnt..it literally looked like they all wanted to walk out, like I said with my decades of leading people...I wouldnt have blamed employees if they walked out and never came back, I couldnt help but notice there was help wanted sign up as well...gee I wonder why...Based on my expierence and what I have seen on other reviews, the District Manager if there not lacking in leadership as well need to step in asap at this location as well as corporate..this is couple blocks from the resorts along the beach...is this the kind of service McDonalds wants to provide to people from all over the country and world that come to Myrtle Beach? I would hope not

the food is pretty fast. the workers are polite for the most part, but it's getting old tgat they never have shakes. you need to address that issue

Very very rude staff. Terrible customer service. I asked for fries no salt and the cashier immediately caught an attitude. I am on a salt restricted diet but I can occasionally have McDonald's. The fries were covered in salt like someone purposely did it trying to be sarcastic. The burger was cold and burnt. I just walked out of that place before I lost my cool. It was March 4th morning crew! Management needs to fire all of them!

We used the drive thru (since the inside was locked) to order and no problem with ordering and paying. When we got to the food pickup window the staff person was very slow and when we received the order and was ready to pull forward I noticed that our drinks had no straws. I tried to get the staff persons attention but was not able to. Finally she came to the window and handed me someone else's bag order and had a drink . I told her that we had our order already but we needed straws for the drinks, after telling her three times she finally understood me and gave me 2 straws.

Me and my family where on a road trip to Florida and where passing through South Carolina. when we passed by McDonald’s and my kids started asking to go in and grab some food. I agreed as we had been on the road for a long time and I figured it would make them happy. Upon entering we were greeted by children running around screaming and I saw no adults anywhere near them. I wondered where their parents were but brushed the thought away as my kids wanted to get on the line to order the food. My kids ordered happy meals and me and my wife got salads. When we were looking for a place to sit and eat each table looked extremely dirty and looked as if they had not been cleaned in a week as well as some even still having food left on them. We decided to sit at one of these dirty tables and when we sat we heard a young boy and his mother that were seated next to us begin to scream about something. The young boy was screaming that he did not get the toy he wanted from his happy meal and his mother was calling over staff members threatening to sue the place for not giving her son the toy that he wanted. I decided to take my kids to the bathroom to wash their hands before they ate as well as use the bathroom and when we entered it smelled horrible and going into the stall there were horrible things carved onto the walls of the stall that I would not want my kids to see. When we left the bathroom the kids that were running around screaming earlier decided to come near out table and scream by us. I was annoyed and went to a staff member for help solving this situation. When I told him about the problem he responded by telling me that “I was killing the vibes” and “leave the little ones alone.” I returned to my seat as I got no help at all and had to deal with these kids screaming as I finished eating. As soon as we finished I left and I left very disappointed with the experience me and my family had to deal with.

Very disappointed in this McD's. Breakfast is over at 10:30am, we ordered online like we had to before 10:30, arrived before then, and were told (still before 10:30am) that too bad we are cancelling your order as we are changing to lunch. Even though my order was already in and it was still before 10:30. The line is super long through the drivethru as the lobby is closed. Hope others have a better experience than us!

The lack of basic decisions to push complicated orders to park is just shy of astonishing. Good luck...10 minutes just to get my kid some nuggets.

Avoid at all costs no personal hygiene. Noticed a staff member handle food after scratching the arm pit region no hand wash or gloves in sight.. AVOID
