The manager is an absolutely disgusting and reprehensible excuse for a human being. How dare you kick out paying customers just because one of them was homeless. Shame on you. Learn some compassion and empathy. The manager deserves to be fired. If the McDonald’s company has any shred of decency they’ll give that man free meals for life, which wouldn’t even amount to the indignity he suffered in your restaurant. Do better.

This place is GARBAGE. we went thru the drive thru.2 cars in the parking lot, one in front of us. Guy told us to pull forward and wait.... we did...for 20 minutes. Finally went inside and they hadn't even made our order yet?! The manager was leaning on the bags just useless as can be... and "threw in an extra large fry for us "...gee thanks My time is worth some cold fries?

I ordered two apple pies 5 minutes later they're in the oven cooking 10 minutes later, they didn't have any pies she forgot they didn't have any apple pies... This is absolutely without a doubt the SLOWEST McDonald’s I’ve ever visited, Consistently. I work near this location and every time I have tried to go it takes forever even when they are not busy. Idk if the employees are just lazy or what but there is some failure happening here. I won’t be returning to this location. It’s literally faster for me to go out of my way and drive to the 38th ave location.
