Went here during the lunch hour and all I can say is it took over 30 minutes for our simple 3 item order to be ready. There were lots of other customers who were waiting as well and management didn’t seem to be concerned!

You never have my food ready on time, especially if I go inside the store instead of using the drive-through. It takes at least 30 minutes to get my food, which is frustrating. On top of that, you now charge me 55 cents for one sauce, even though I bought a meal. This is unbelievable.

I want to give a shout-out to Lisa. She was working front and walking around with orders and taking orders. She was amazing but it took quite a few minutes for the food to come out.

This place SUCCCKKKSSSSSS the service is awful the line was wrapped all the way around and nobody was getting their food inside they even forgot about a family's order and not to mention THE LONG BROWN HAIR I FOUND IN MY FOOD.

If I could, I would make it a zero star establishment... Very disgusting place. doesn't clean tables after people eat at them, bathrooms have never been cleaned since the place opened up and apparently a manager at this establishment called the police to have a person they deemed lower than them removed from the property. Not the kind of place to spend your money.

This is the worst McDonalds. If you are in Myrtle Beach, just drive the extra mile or 2 to a different McDonalds. We tried this one 2 different days, thinking they were just having a bad day the first time. Both days, the place was packed. With every single person, their order was wrong. I am not exaggerating. We waited 15 minutes for food that was wrong. We just gave up. Unreal! Completely unbelievable that a McDonalds is this bad.

my food was never delivered (after 10mins) - i had to go in and get it... and it was missing part of my order. no apology.. no nothing.!! if you cant deliver the services you advertise.. you shouldnt offer them. QT11i spent nearly $30 for 2 meal deals.. the food (that was in the bag) was cold... our drinks were watered down.. i guess we will go back to 38th ave.. not as convenient - but their service rocks

He looked to b a manager and was rude he kept puffing and repeating is that all. We were a group of 6 ppl. The floors was super dirty and sticky the tables were dirty as well. We were the only people inside. On top of that we stood there and waited about 8 to 10 minutes to even place a order

He refused to share his name but the manager with Glasses and is balding closed the lobby at 10 then proceeded to harass everyone that was already in the building he refused to lock the doors but keep bullying everyone who walked in he would yell at people that if they did not order before ten then they would need to leave there was a line of 10 people and the employees refused service horrible experience
