Very very rude!! We came for dinner and ordered 35$ worth of food however when we asked for sauce for our fries we were told no you gotta pay for that and got the window slammed in our face!! Also they poured tons of pepper on all of our burgers when we definitely didn’t order pepper on ours as I’m allergic to it. Never ask for sauce here!!

Didn’t get my food. I was in the right lane and got completely ignored while 4-5 others in the left lane were being served quickly. Whoever worked the drive thru tonight needs to be retrained on how to manage both lines. Ended up driving off and going somewhere else.

On 10/08/25 I came through the drive thru at approximately 12:15 am.. around the same time I usually do, I wasn’t greeted at the speaker which was odd because I usually am.. I waited anc proceeded to say hello numerous times, I then moved to the cashier window, through the window I seen a worker and after she spotted me she went up front, I drove to the second window because I normally stop here every night and they are open.. the same lady who I presume to be the manger in a purple shirt walked passed the window back to the back on her phone.. I’m guessing to act as if she didn’t see me. I drove back to the speaker and waited once again. I then drove to the window to double check the hours of operation which said they closed at 1am. At this time it’s 12:24. At this time the same lady in the purple shirt walked from the back and continued to head up front, ignoring me once again. I called to confirm business hours but no response. Very unprofessional. If the store closed early due to whatever reasons she could have communicated with me instead of acting like I wasn’t there. Like I said I come here a few times out the week the same time and never had these issues. It’s also my first time seeing her. If this is how she runs her shifts she needs to do better.

After 30 minutes and first meal cold, the manager Nicholas could care less about customer service. Rude, ignored us like we were going away with cold food!

terrible service i waited 15 minutes for 3 drinks and one was a water. manager took my order because despite the fact there were many workers no one was doing their job. saw a guy drop empty cups on the ground and still brought them into the kitchen. charged 8$ for two large lattes and got mediums. Not worth it.

I would give a zero to this location. The manager is unhelpful and will ignore all guests. Said he just walked in and refused to assist even though the lobby was filled with waiting guests. It is the manager working on Sat at 130pm.
