I flat out hate this McDonald's. It's close & convenient but they take about 45 min for 4 or 5 vehicles. That's any time of day especially evening. Ive truly never seen anything like this, small town McDonald's with 30 cars are faster, they don't say thank you, your welcome or anything. If it wasn't for the kids and how close I'd avoid it and honestly try my best to. It's amazing how crazy it is, especially night shift it doesn't even appear they care or even work just walk and do stuff.

Food was decent, service was unenthusiastic, dining room was filthy. We had to search for the least dirty table to sit at. The drink area floor was disgusting. Its counter had obviously not been cleaned from the night/day before. Dried spills all over it. We were there after 7am. If we lived in this area, we would not be back.

The staff here should try to balance their attention between dine-in and drive thru better. I was waiting patiently 25+ minutes for our order with the kids INSIDE. Also when I finally decided to poke my head over and ask the manager, I get rudeness and an attitude beyond belief. That is definitely not customer service. I am not angry just would like better service when there are 4 ppl in the drive thru area.
Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Didn't even think it was possible I thought all McDonalds were in sync with their food recipes. I ordered 2 big macs they were the driest, blandest worst tasting big macs ever. I ended up giving them to the dogs they loved them. How do you screw up a big mac they've been around forever! Would never go back to this location, ever!
