Worst experience ever. Ordered ahead to pickup inside. Got there gave my name Order number waited over 30 minutes check my kids meals, juices and apple slices missing asked the slow cashier, her response oh their out of apple juice and apple slices. I asked if I could get sodas instead she said yes just standing their looking at me, i said we'll do i get cups???? Hands me the cups looking all high like still in ka lah freaking land. I would never return here.

McDonald's had gone way down hill. They dont care if you eat here. Your bothering them by being a customer. And dont ask for ketchup packs even though the dispenser is out. Get 4 large fries, 1 with each meal and they give you 2 packets for all 4 of us to share and use for our fries. Thank you, I want be back.

I must say, with the current staff at this particaulat McDonald’s…the manager (usually in a ‘Carolina Blue’ dress shirt) Mr. Brandon is a BIG part in this location’s success. Not only does Brandon go above and beyond to serve every customer, his energy is out of this world kind! He is professional, even when things get chaotic. He is one of the most personable people I’ve encountered. The man deserves a spike in his income, considering the staff he is being asked to manage. Fantastic job Mr. Brandon.

The African brother with the dreads needs to be fired immediately. He is so very rude and I believe he is the manager. Looking at the rest of these reviews, I can see why there is such poor customer service, which leads to unhappy customers. After my granddaughter told him that her cheeseburgers were fixed incorrectly because all she wanted was onions and cheese on them, He insisted that they were fixed properly after she had already opened them up and could see that there was ketchup along with the onions and cheese. After handing the burgers back to him, he aggressively opened the rappers He used his fingers to inspect the burger, angrily stating that the burgers did have onions and cheese on them, but neglected to Acknowledge the fact that there was ketchup. He then proceeded to re-wrap the burgers and try to hand them back to us. I mean this guy is just unbelievable. I asked him how he lost his mind and demanded a refund along with his name since he didn’t have a name tag on. He refused to give me his name and walked away after he laughed in my face. Shame, shame, shame on this established for allowing this type of behavior..
