I must say, with the current staff at this particaulat McDonald’s…the manager (usually in a ‘Carolina Blue’ dress shirt) Mr. Brandon is a BIG part in this location’s success. Not only does Brandon go above and beyond to serve every customer, his energy is out of this world kind! He is professional, even when things get chaotic. The staff here should try to balance their attention between dine-in and drive thru better. I was waiting patiently 25+ minutes for our order with the kids INSIDE. Also when I finally decided to poke my head over and ask the manager, I get rudeness and an attitude beyond belief. That is definitely not customer service. I am not angry just would like better service when there are 4 ppl in the drive thru area.

Soooo sloooow!!! Ordered being young, got my burger being already retired :))) working only two people, one at counter and one inside kitchen. People literally turning and even don’t waiting for their orders. Do something asap!
