I had a highly disappointing experience with Diara and her staff at this McDonald's location today. After purchasing $38 worth of food, I discovered an item was missing from my order. When I called to address the issue, the staff responded with a noticeably disgruntled attitude and told me to return with my receipt.
Upon arriving with the receipt, I explained that since the fries would now be cold, I would like the missing item replaced with a new meal. This request seemed reasonable given that the error was not mine, yet I had to make the effort to return. Diara, the manager, refused to replace the entire meal and stated she would only provide the missing item. After several exchanges, she eventually offered a medium fry as a resolution.
This is completely unacceptable behavior for someone in a managerial position. As a result of this poor experience, I will not be returning to this location, nor will my immediate friends or family.

The app is a problem & I lose a lot of points. I do not like associates with long finger nails & long hair swinging around in the food area of preparation. Gloves should be worn for food handlers. Hair nets for long hair. Burgers are messy. The last chicken sandwich made me sick.
Service was so slow. People, including myself were waiting 30+ minutes to get their food.

GM at this store hung up the phone on me and we called back later and did the same thing 5 times. Very unprofessional and to say she represents that store is shocking. Seems McDonald’s needs to reevaluate their employees especially the managers. I will never visit that restaurant again so I don’t have to cross paths with Racal the General Manager.

Being the closest one to our hotel, we went to this McD to get some take out dinner. The drive thru was very busy, so we decided to walk in the store to put the order via kiosk. Order was ready within couple of minutes. The store was very clean. Condominium were available but the soda machine. Nuggets, fries, happy meal all had authentic McD taste. Was happy to see nothing got missed in our order.
Vegetarian options: Fish-o-filet, fries and some drinks are available
Parking: Parking is available all around the restaurant
