First off, the younger lady taking payment is always so polite and incredibly nice. The younger man that brought the food was professional and happy to be working.The drive toothless woman at the hand off was something else entirely. She gave me a hand clap for every syllable she said " GO TO NUMBER TWO YOUR ORDER ISN'T READY"!Ok...just asked how much longer it would be. I've already sat in the drive-through line for 12 minutes without being waited on. A thirty minute lunch break only lasts so long.But hey...what can you do but eat somewhere else.

This McDonald’s is horrible please do not stop here if there is any other location, you can go to go there this service here is horrible. Staff will allow you to sit in the drive-through for five minutes without even acknowledging that you are there. They are running around the store playing games. i’m sitting at the window currently waiting for this young lady to make another frappe because the first one is watery. i’ve been been here for over eight minutes.

Purchased 2 drinks an 1 burger. Burger was a mess ketchup all over the out side,no napkins in bag,the employee was in a very bad mood an gave us attitude.. Terrible experience for us.

Went through the drive thru and got 2 double cheese burgers no pickles no mustard. These as****** put the pickles under the cheese. So I couldn't see them and wouldn't find them until I took a bite.Edit: They responded quickly to the report I made. Sent me an email to get 2 burgers for free when I went in next time.

I go into to get food here regularly and its always at dinner. I have ordered on the app as well as at the kiosk. They really need to hire someone to work the front counter. The woman who is always back there working her butt off trying to get ALL orders together is over worked and it really makes her customer service poor. She always seems to have an attitude but I tolerate it because at least she is working hard with an attitude.

Every time I go there I ask for a medium frappe they always give me small and Everytime my co worker go there she ask for extra caramel in hers they don't give it to her. Then yesterday my other co worker went there and ordered a sausage and cheese mcgriddle and they gave him a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin

TERRIBLE McDonald's!!! They don't know what "deluxe" means, and the manager was UNPROFESSIONAL as hell!! As you can tell by the receipt...I ordered a Quarter Pounder w/cheese DELUXE, which has lettuce and tomato on it!! Look at my sandwich...NO lettuce and tomato!! This happens to me quite often!! Why??? Flipping burgers and getting the orders correct is very EASY!!! Apparently not to these guys at this Myrtle Beach Mickey D's!! I wouldn't pay them $10 an hour for their incompetence!! The "MANAGER" on duty was even WORSE!! After I brought the burger back to the clerk (Tyrone), the manager yelled at him loudly "What the hell is the matter with you!!??". Tyrone didn't say anything, because I was standing right there! It wasn't Tyrone's fault the sandwich was made incorrectly, yet the "manager" yelled at him, in front of me and an elderly lady that walked in!! This was completely UNPROFESSIONAL and totally UNNECESSARY!! This manager should be fired for that blatant uncalled for RUDE behavior!! To be honest...giving this Myrtle Beach McDonald's one star is generous!! I wish I could leave ZERO stars, because my dining experience was a big fat ZERO!!! FOLKS....avoid this restaurant and it's rude nasty manager and incompetent crew!

I ordered a chocolate shake. They give me vanilla and insist its chocolate. When they "make" me another one they bring a melted vanilla shake with a drop of chocolate syrup. How hard is it to give me a chocolate shake?????
