Food was dry & old. Staff did not speak or understand English well. Our order was not correct but the manager fixed it quickly

Uber drive was 17mins away,, got here after a 17 min drive and they said the food still wasn’t ready.. they slow at fixing uber order it sucks… you order with uber don’t order here.
Ordered bags of ice on mobile app. Arrived at restaurant, and was informed that they don’t sell bags of ice. The associate let me know they know that they never have sold bags of ice. This restaurant needs to remove it from the mobile app if this is the case. The associate wasn’t sure how to refund a mobile order, but said he wouldn’t fulfill the order and we should get refunded. Still giving the place 1-star because the associate was cool. Will improve to 5-stars if ice is removed from mobile app. Or management reaches out to me and lets me know they are removing ice, or will start selling.
All of the self serve computers were down and only one guy ringing people up. We arrived 10 minutes before breakfast ended. By the time we got to the front of the line and they rang me up, the menu switched in the middle of me ordering. They told me and all the other people we couldn’t have any breakfast. Even though I was paying for my order, they stopped the guy from ringing me up. 4 self serve computers and not one working. Should be more than one person as a cashier if those aren’t working

In all of my 35 years, in all of my travels, this is the absolute worst McDonald’s. Door dash loves this place and this place loves to screw over door dashers as well. 90 minutes for a basic order and my wife came home with the same order (that took 18 minutes via drive through with 4 cars in front of her) but instead of telling a dasher to come get the order, they wait until it’s done then the dasher has to sit in line and it comes to you cold. Door dash needs to drop this place and horribly put together food. Since when did a double quarter pounder come with a single patty and a smooth bun? When did “large fries” come in a paper small wrapper? Just end this place

They messed up my order but the girl working the register is super cute
Went through the drive-thru to get a couple shakes. Was fast and easy and the workers were very nice and we'll definitely be back again. Mant thanks.

Usually busy as it's right in the middle of myrtle. Sometimes they are staffed and handle it well. Sometimes they aren't and it's a long wait. The taller African American manager is absolutely horrible at customer service. The younger Jamaica that was just promoted to manger is awesome and goes out of his way to help his crew and customers

Dont ever door dash from this location 1 drink 1 dessert 2 cookies 1 6pc nugget and they couldnt do the 1 part of the order that actually requires a little prep work. AS well have the Audacity to cover half the reciept with a sticker like they wanted to hide it. I get the hour is late but still no excuse, having been on both sides the cook and the hungry, when you have an order you do it to the Tee. What if that was your family, you really treat them like that? At End of day i wont ever go to or have anything to do with this location and may be just done with the company altogether, too many let downs for over priced processed food and cant even get your full order...

Placed an order at 00:56 that didn't arrive until gone 3am. The order was mostly for the Iced Mocha and hot fudge sundae that we weren't notified were out of stock or unavailable, so imagine how disappointed we were when a bag containing cold nuggets and 2 sad cookies showed up. Absolutely disgusting service. Should have known better than to choose McDonalds. Ugh.

Ordered at 11:47 through Door Dash did not receive the food until 1:15 am and it was missing 6 burgers and the rest of the food was already cold. This was the worse service I have ever experienced. Calling Door Dash or McDonalds did nothing but refund $12 out of $67 dollar order.
Not to mention, trying to get the store ID # in order to file a customer claim was impossible to get
