We ordered two Senior cokes and a medium order of fries! They price with tax was $5.17… however an employee took it on themselves to round it up to $6.00…. Not the money but the principle… you don’t do that without permission!

Ended up getting food poisoning from them after ordering a big mac this past weekend. Need to hire better people that know how to keep things sanitary.

Woman who took our order was impatient and rude. When we paid she kept walking away from the window agin very impatient her face all red and sweaty. She snatched my money which was exact change so I just pulled forward. I got my drink and food from the cheerful guy at the second window. . . As he handed me my bag crazy red face lady pushed her way into the window and thrusted my receipt into my face. I was not amused. She is disgusting and needs HR to speak to her. The Incident happened at 1043pm .

RIDICULOUS HOW I PLACE AN ORDER AT 11AM AFTER HAVING TO WAIT 10MIN FOR BREAKFAST TO BE OVER... PLACED MY ORDER AT 11:05 PAYED FOR MY FOOD AND LITERALLY HAD TO WAIT 25MIN THEN DRIVE 2MIN HOME TO RECEIVE COLD NUGGETS AND FRIES IS BS.... HOW IS MY FOOD COLD WHEN Y'ALL JUST SWITCH FROM BREAKFAST....

I come to Mcdonald’s frequently and every time I buy a large fry, they never fill it up. We are paying EXTRA for large fries and they fill it up to the same as a medium. Yall are cheap. do better.

Order wrong for the 3rd time, and the food was cold. The English muffins were exceptionally hard as if they were stale. When I attempted to speak to the manager politely, they refused to connect me even though I had recently left and knew they were there. It is my usual habit to give fair reviews of any business I go to and speak with the manager or person in charge when I have a strong criticism. However, since this is not an option, I've been given this is my only opportunity to hopefully help them improve, in my opinion, a serious customer service problem. The food didn't taste horrible but I wouldn't buy it again. The kiosk worked well this time, and I got my order in a reasonable time frame. Atmosphere generally pleasant and is exceptionally clean. Staff don't appear happy or act eager to serve, but it was very busy. I absolutely hate being made to write this kind of review, but in comparison to the food and service I receive in other McDonalds this one truly needs some big improvement.

Friendly service. Got our order right the first time. Coffee was fresh.

Apparently they can’t make cheeseburgers after midnight but they can make quarter pounders. I’m really confused
