This location went down hill the kids they hired recently don’t take the job seriously I repeated my order 10 times and they still didn’t place it correctly then smiled in my face at the window when I said I would pill around to the 1st window since they’re so confused I drove off bc after they smiled in my face they stood there acting like they’re folding kids meal boxes just to be petty the dark skinned young girl needs to do better this is the 4th time in a row I’ve had problems I won’t be back

Place is awful. They don’t get nothing right. I ordered cheese burgers with extra onion. Guess what they do… put NO onion on it. Gave the drive through workers my bag back and was asked to pull forward did this and waited 10 minutes. Nobody ever brought out my food so I went inside to get my sandwiches back. They put extra onions on it that time but no cheese. Jesus it can’t be that hard. Last visit for me. Management may need to do a better job overseeing this restaurant. It is horrible every time. This has happened to me multiple times about the extra onion issue.

Very impressed by this McDonald's. The franchise owner of this McDonald's has implemented a CFA type service model. Employees are kind, respectful, and walk around with an essentials basket with sauces, straws, and napkins. I'm not used to this type of service from McDonald's. I'll definitely be back!

#4 visit of local McDonalds. I've only been in the area for six weeks and have yet to visit a McDonalds that hasn't destroyed my beloved McDouble. This location is no different. What is it with all the Myrtle Beach McDonalds? They are horrible! It's like biting into a piece of cardboard. Gone are the McDoubles I get in Wendell and Raleigh, NC that were hot and moist and juicy and cheesy. What you get in this area is a burnt bun (darkly toasted), dried up meat that you know they cooked in the morning and are storing in a bin somewhere, and a slapped on cold piece of cheese. They don't even cook the extra onions I ordered. Just threw them on. This one is off the list; I won't be returning. I'm now 4/4 disappoints. I'll write other reviews for the other three locations but it's going to be the same as this one.

Brought my big breakfast with hotcakes to table. No fork no butter no syrup. Went back up to get it and stood there so long food was cold. This is the 3rd chance for this place. I won't be back. Last time I was charged 13.53 for sane thing I got today and it was 9.71

took 20 minutes in the drive through when i got to the speaker no one greeted me and i had to go back around through. then when i got my food my sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin did not have an egg or cheese
I’ve been a regular at the McDonald’s in Carolina Forest, but my recent drive-thru experiences have been consistently frustrating. Over the last four visits, every single order—simple ones like Happy Meals and burger meals—has required me to pull into a parking spot and wait at least 5-10 mins for my food. This defeats the purpose of a quick drive-thru stop.
To make matters worse, they’ve forgotten to give us the Happy Meals, and forgot straws and condiments we requested. On one occasion, I had to get out of my car and go inside because they completely missed items from my order. The staff is polite enough, but the repeated oversights and long wait times are unacceptable for such basic orders.
I hope they can improve their drive-thru efficiency and attention to detail soon, as it’s becoming increasingly frustrating to visit this location. For now, I’d recommend avoiding the drive-thru if you’re in a hurry or want your order complete.

I’ve been a regular at the McDonald’s in Carolina Forest, but my recent drive-thru experiences have been consistently frustrating.
