Fries were like warm and wilted asked for new ones got a look that was unexpected went back to my table they never brought them to me had to go ask for them. The only good thing was the young girl at the counter and as very nice. I didn’t give her my fries so she didn’t know I came in at lunch on the 8th Only two tables there so they were not busy

Went by this location and ordered cheese burger meal large, 20 pc nuggets extra fry. Asked for ranch and BBQ sauce. Ask the guy passing out the orders If the sauces was in the bag and he said yes. Got home no sauce at all no ketchup nothing just the pk mayo I asked for at the window. Food was not fresh. The nuggets and fries u can tell has been sitting.

Never have people working at the front cash register and every time I go to this McDonald's I can never use my app. It says that I can't use the deals at that hour. I don't know why but I rather just go next door to the waffle house.

My burger waa cold and bottom bun was hard and crunchy??? Fries barely warm. Please tell workers to stop preparing fries ahead. Fries are normally very hard...Worst good I've ever had from you..
Every time we go to this McDonalds the workers have the worst attitude, I could be smiling and asking how their day is and am met with rude and disrespectful attitudes. I ordered food from the drive thru today, and a worker slammed the window in my face after I asked him for sauce. The last time i requested a toy for a girl, and they completely left the toy out. I went inside and asked for it only to be met with more attitude because I asked for it. I paid for it, whether it’s 1$ or 5$ I paid for it. Our ordered always come out wrong, EVERY SINGLE TIME, I’m very sick of the attitudes of the employees here and at other locations. Regional manger in charge of myrtle beach/south Carolina needs to either put employees in check or they should be shut down one by one if the employees are that miserable. If they’re not happy with their jobs then they should look for another one, there must be no management here because everyone acts the exact same. The experience, stale or missing food is just about enough for me. I only come because my kids like the happy meal experience. After today, rather than returning the attitude and rude behavior I’ll chose to no longer eat or take my family to any McDonald’s restaurant, I know they don’t care at corporate because they’re making so much money. So one more reason to not even think twice about it.

Drive thru order and I just gotta say, whoever is in kitchen around 3 30pm Sept 6th, you're rockin it!!! My fries and nuggets were absolutely amazingggg after so many mid experiences lately, they were top notch!! And the sweet tea was impeccable!! My mom says her burger was also amazingly made and constructed nicely! Thank you so much for making this pitstop while dashing worth it. I love knowing the mcdonalds orders I deliver are of good quality ✨️

Ordered 30 nuggets, got 4 sauces. Ordered 2 baskets of fries that were soggy & undercooked. 3 burgers that were the worst I’ve ever had, even had to spit out a bite & toss the rest of that burger 🤢🤮 My teenagers wouldn’t finish this food after a football game…. STARVING TEENAGERS TURNED DOWN THIS FOOD!!!!!
