We live 1.1 miles from McDonalds. We buy lunch/dinner at least two times per month. The food has declined terribly and the cost is ridiculous. We got lunch today and the burger and fries were cold....but yet waited 5 minutes in the drive thru for our food thinking everything would be hot and fresh. I would not go to this location.

They can't even follow a simple request I asked for extra diced onions and they print it on the tickets every time but they never ever put extra diced onions on my burgers

I always appreciate the excellent customer service I receive at this place. I typically use the drive-thru, and I’m fortunate to see Nora there in the mornings. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that my experience is positive. Her friendly demeanor and efficiency truly make my day better. She's definitely one of the best employees I’ve encountered!. Everything went smooth definitely will be back. Food and meat always fresh and well prepared.
We always make one or two stops at McD's while taking road trips. All the staff was very friendly and helpful as usual. Our double cheeseburgers were delicious.

Jaut went thru the drive through at 12 on a Friday. They were plenty busy and my food should have been hot and fresh. But my burger meat had been sitting under heat lamps for so ling that it was literally crispy and crunchy. I mean, you have one job. At least try and do it well.

Went thru drive thru and it wasn't busy so it went fast. I ordered a PLAIN cheeseburger happy meal w/coke. Thats all. Left. My receipt says PLAIN cheeseburger. Of course, when I get to where I was going to eat, it had all the crap on it. Why can't you just look at the order on the screen and keep it plain??? Please!!!!
