Bun was dry, very little condiments, no onions and only 2 pickle slices. Speaking of condiments, when did McDonald's start charging for ketchup for the fries š! I was informed of this by the smarmy kid behind the counter. Avoid this franchise location.

Whoever was at the second window in the drive-thru at 8:00PM needs to get better manners with customer serviceā¦ we ordered and there was no greeting or anything, and i usually donāt care, but she had so much attitude with us the whole time. When we actually got out food there was no smile, no good night or have a good day, and againā so much attitude with us. We said thank you and she slammed the window and we left.

This is the closest mcdonalds to me, so ideally it would be convenient to come here. However, the customer service team is HORRIBLE. The service is slow and the food is always really greasy. I go through the drive through for ease and to get food in a rush, however this location ALWAYS makes me pull forward, regardless if I order 1 item or 6 and I have to wait 10 plus minutes for my order. I travel 8 minutes up the road to a much better location.

This McDonald's is terrible how do I order only $12 worth of food through the app and you still manage to mess it up three different ways? It's literally spelled out on the app so there was no miscommunication over the speaker although the communication between me and several employees was extremely difficult I had to ask the guy to window to repeat himself three different times because he was speaking so quickly it sounded like gibberish. Get it together.
