4/15/25 6:20pm. The manager at the 1st window was extremely rude. He accused us of skipping through the line without telling the anyone at the speaker we had a mobile order. We politely told him that a man at the second speaker asked us for our mobile code and told us to pull around but he was just not willing to believe anything. His attitude was terrible. Not the kind of behavior you expect from a manager at a restaurant.

Went here on Monday March 10th with my dad and uncle. We went to the drive thru because we wanted Shamrock shakes, 2 of them. Was all excited, went to the drive thru, and they told us the shake machine wasn't working, so unfortunately no shamrock shakes. :( however, the drive thru person did offer a Shamrock McFlurry. We decided to try that. i believe we also ordered a cheeseburger. so ordered 2 Shamrock McFlurries and a cheeseburger. We paid cash, and picked it up in the drive thru. person was at least pleasant. If you never had a mcFlurry, it's like mint ice cream with a mint syrup on top sprinkled with chocolate pieces. I actually enjoyed it, and so did my dad! May be back at a later time for some fast food!

I am a person who will get a Vanille ice cream cone on the daily when passing a McDonald's (I use my points I earn from using the app threw out the week to get a FREE ice cream cone) All I can say is Good thing I am using my points and getting the ice cream cone for Free for if I Paid what they want for a cone these days, (over $3) ... I would not be satisfied at all. Everytime I got a ice cream at this McDonald's and it has been about 6 or 7 times now, Every Time, the Cone is WEAK SAUSE! They maybe make it Three swirls high, on a good day - 3 swirls with a small 4th swirl top off. And it's not thick, its small,tight,soft swerved swirls. If you get ice cream on the regular from McDonald's then you know exactly what I am talking about...
Other then that , service is friendly enough...it isn't there fault they haven't been trained on how to make a proper ice cream cone ....and yes. I can say I know how to make a good ice cream cone. I once use to work at friendlys strictly as the ice cream person so I know how to make a good cone.....not bragging, just want to see change happen so that this McDonald's can get a better rating!

Just don't try to get a plain burger. I've been going there for 9 yrs asking for just cheese plain. I've got dressed burger more times then what I requested. I'm not kidding you either!

Best service of any other fast food restaurant anywhere. I only eat the chicken cuz the hamburger meat does not taste like cow meat. Just says ground beef. Curious about what species of ground beef
It looked dirty and too small for so many people I like the old McDonalds better where there was room to walk and sit now with this new technology it mess things up.

This McDonalds is by far the best one I have visited in the Myrtle Beach area. This eatery was clean, employees were exceptional and I will come again. Keep up the good work folks...

They take too long to give food out! I’ve heard the manager scream at the workers in the back. The same manager gave attitude to me and another hispanic in the store. sounds like racism to me.
