Absolutely unacceptable. It should never take 30 minutes to get three breakfast items. I ordered on the app, was told to pull up, and that my food would be brought out. Twenty minutes later—still nothing. When I went inside to ask, the employee looked completely bamboozled. I wasn’t the only one—several other customers were also waiting far too long. And this location had over 15 employees working! My small-town McDonald’s runs the entire morning rush with five people and gets it done faster.

The older woman who appears to be a manager was so rude and unpleasant - I know people have bad days so it doesn’t typically bother me, but that woman was so unpleasant I was quite literally appalled.

Tried to puck up a mobile order in the store. The staff were very rude and dismissive. I waited nearly 30 minutes to even be acknowledged by a staff member. The resteraunt was also very smokey like worse then bar smokey.

Food was great but lady at the drive through forgot my sauces and then was too lazy to get me new ones and said they are 50 cents for extra but she didn’t give me them in the first place. I wish I could leave a 0 star review i’m so disappointed!

Ordered a Big Mac meal with a medium sprite. The fries were cold, they gave me a small instead of a medium and there was nothing on the burger except for lettuce (no cheese, no onions, no pickle, etc.,).
I told the woman the order was incorrect, and that I ordered a medium and not a small and she was rude and said it was “a Medium” (it was most definitely not).
On top of that, it took ten minutes to receive cold food and the incorrect order.
Worst mc Donald's around. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers. Waited 25 min. Ordered 2 large fries only got 1. Burger was horrible and had something hard in it. Employees taking about how much they can drink. manager walked by and told them to sweep never even acknowledged me standing there waiting for my order. At least 7 people looked at me and never asked if I needed help. What a joke of a place .

I feel like these employees need some help! They messed up my order up three times, and all I could hear was the manager scolding them for not looking at the screens as to what comes on what. The manager was super nice and attentive. I feel like he needed some help.

Ordered a qtr.cheese combo from the drive through. This McDonald’s hires people that can barely speak English. My receipt shows a qtr.pounder with cheese fries and a drink . Got home fries and drink were correct. I don’t know how they can mess up an order by number and then spelled out. I got a double burger with a gob of mayonnaise and lettuce on it. I am crazy for going there but was on the way home and iam a diabetic and was hungry. This has happen to me before at this location but not in the last two months. I don’t know. Slowly losing my business.
