One bad experience today at a franchise where I normally get great service. However, my first visit to this location. The drive-through attendant was short with his responses and displayed a crappy attitude when I pulled up to the payment window. No idea what his issue was, as my order was simple, and there weren't many customers at this late morning time.

All of the staff in drive thru were so friendly and happy!!! From the young lady at the speaker to the young man who took my money and the lady who handed me my caramel frappe with her Jamaican accent…they all wished me Happy Holidays🎄 They made me smile and that’s what it’s all about!!
I’m sure they’re tired as it’s 9:45pm and during the holiday season! Thank you guys…Hope you get a deserved Holiday bonus 🎄💲✨

This is one of the best ran and most efficient McDonalds I’ve been to in a long time. The management seems involved and out front with their employees. Service has always been great and food has always been perfect…. Well unfortunately, I have to take back my five star review and adjust it accordingly. Tonight I made a mistake with my mobile order. I’ll follow up that it was my mistake. I meant to select no onions, but selected no pickles. However, the way that it was handled by the staff is totally unacceptable. I explained at the window I could not have onions because I’m allergic. The person at the window acknowledge this and said he would let the cooks know. Sandwich still came out of onions. I explained this again. They took the sandwich back, and I thought they had fixed it however they brought the same sandwich out with onions, but no one explained to me, but it still had onions on it. Thankfully, I checked before biting into it. I took it back into the store and was met with the worst attitude. I had to explain this whole situation again, but it’s like they were more focused on it being my mistake and the fact that I can’t have onions. This is if they did not want to remake a sandwich. I could understand if it had already been prepared when I went to pick it up, but it hadn’t it wasn’t made until I got there. When I got home, I came to overcooked fries and overcooked meat. I’m just really disappointed in this experience.

Absolutely unacceptable. It should never take 30 minutes to get three breakfast items. I ordered on the app, was told to pull up, and that my food would be brought out. Twenty minutes later—still nothing. When I went inside to ask, the employee looked completely bamboozled. I wasn’t the only one—several other customers were also waiting far too long. And this location had over 15 employees working! My small-town McDonald’s runs the entire morning rush with five people and gets it done faster.

Pathetic! 3rd shift manager should be banned and fined! Couldn’t even get a sorry or an apology out of her. Had to go back for a refund in the rain and her only response was “card”

The older woman who appears to be a manager was so rude and unpleasant - I know people have bad days so it doesn’t typically bother me, but that woman was so unpleasant I was quite literally appalled.

Tried to puck up a mobile order in the store. The staff were very rude and dismissive. I waited nearly 30 minutes to even be acknowledged by a staff member. The resteraunt was also very smokey like worse then bar smokey.

Food was great but lady at the drive through forgot my sauces and then was too lazy to get me new ones and said they are 50 cents for extra but she didn’t give me them in the first place. I wish I could leave a 0 star review i’m so disappointed!
