Slow service always waiting a long time. The employees working the front..those that speak english...are rude. When i ordered my food I asked for extra sauce... which meant I didn't mind paying for them...was given one sauce and told that's all I'm allowed. If I'm paying for it I can get what ever the he'll I want is that not correct. I will go out of my way to not go to the store on 707 again.

If I could give zero or even negative stars, I would. I ordered from the app twice for curbside pickup. Each time I've had to get out of my car after at least a 20 minute wait (for two drinks each time) and it STILL wasn't done. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for two drinks. This place has either horrible management or horrible employees...but honestly it seems like both. They're building a new McDonald's about 5 minutes down the road... hopefully they'll be better.

Placed an order for 1 cheeseburger for curbside pickup it said 3 to 5 minutes. 25 minutes later they hand me a bag with no explanation or apology. The burger was barely warm. It probably would have been good if It was hot. I asked to speak to manager. And I have been waiting 38 minutes and still no manager

Extremely disappointed that this franchise has made the decision to increase the price of the much touted $5 value meal to $6. A 20% increase. I spoke to several employees as I am a local and some of the employees are my neighbors kids. None have gotten a pay increase. So that 20% is going into the greedy franchisee’s pocket.
