This McDonald's sucks. Slow, and ignores you as best they can. No one ever at the front end taking orders

It was going good I always stop early in the morning to get my coffee. The young man in drive threw always happy nice and polite. Until Thursday morning I came through he was off and the second window guy had an attitude because I had asked for extra sugar I was very disappointed and asked him if something was wrong? If I see him at the window again I’ll just go somewhere else.

Ordered for curbside. Waited 13 minutes for my order (Chicken Big Mac Meal, Fries with no Salt, and a large half and half tea) Sandwich and drink were delivered. Was told the person dropped my fries, and had to cook more fries with no salt and should be done in 3 minutes or so. Waited 15 minutes. No one ever came back out. Went to the drive through to see if they would replace, after being asked for my order number 3 times and no resolution, someone else came on the intercom and said “I’ll handle it” Never was told to pull around or anything. I just left. This is not the first time they have provided me with poor service or an incorrect order. The staff is much better at the South Kings Hwy locations.

Ordered a #1. (Big Mac) combo. Paid $5.41. And all I got was a big mac. Nothing else. Guess that's why I paid $5.42

Waited in the drive through to pay $50 bucks (after app discount 20%). Only to find out I was shorted a burger. Food below average.

Posted hours says the dining room is open until 11; it was closed at 9:30. Drive through was slow and backed up around the building. The order was ready, but I had to wait over 15 minutes in the drive through instead of “skipping the line” with the app.

I use the drive-thru to grab a Coke zero once in awhile, in the app I can get a free order of fries to pass along. Unfortunately, their french fries are not vegan.

Vegetarian options: I do not believe there is a single thing on the McDonald's menu that is suitable for vegans other than the drinks.

My family frequents this location at least 3x a week. We use the mobile app to place our orders in advance. I often will place the order from my phone and my husband will pick up the order while I stay at our shop. Today when he went to pick up the order with the code provided- they claimed they couldn't not find the order, asked him to come inside. When he gets inside he is told they couldn't give him the order because he didn't have the physical phone with him the order was placed from. He did have proof through our shared email with order number and confirmation as well as able to provide proof through our bank ap that payment was pulled for the order. The manager implies he was lying about the order and was nasty toward my husband- and they refused to give him the food.

I'm not one to write a nasty review but taking money and speaking down to regular customers is not ok. Now I have no food, and they have my money until my bank can release thoes funds which can take up to 10 business days and upset kids.
