“Never renting through a airbnb again!! We drove from Colorado for a family vacation because my family and I wanted a change from the mountains. When we got to Beach Colony we stopped at the desk, they said we should have already gotten a room number and code, we don't need to checkin there. When we got to the room and opened the door the room wasn't cleaned, broken furnitures all over and the mirrors were straight up nasty!! We already drove a day and a half and just needed some rest, my kids were very miserable. I went down very furious to the Front Desk, a gentleman came out, then I started shouted at him because of the conditions of the room. He listened and gave his assistance. He asked what was the room number then explained it's not rented thru the hotel at this point I was still mad because I was tired. He then asked if we wanted to book with them and gave us some options of rooms to look at. I AM SO SORRY FOR SHOUTING AT YOU!! ??♀️??♀️ And thank you Ian, I will never forget your name. You saved my family vacation ?“
