It was so much fun. Great food. And the show was amazing.
Kid-friendliness: My 5 year nephew loved it. And the host of the show was so friendly with our family. My 20 year old nephew is very tall and he made him feel part of the show.

This was such a wonderful and unique experience for the whole entire family. The kids and I were fully engaged throughout the show. Also, the food was awesome! Be prepared, no spoons or forks! They really transport you back to the Medieval Times!!! Absolutely go!!

The food and service was good. I'm not sure if the arena was dusty or if it was a fog machine. The smell from the animals made it hard to eat the food. After seeing pirates voyage I was expecting a little more action, the show was kind of repetitive.

Celebrated my child's 5th birthday here, added on the knighting ceremony. The child in myself enjoyed this experience and would recommend anyone to enjoy the show!

This was our first experience at Medieval Times. It did not disappoint! We did not upgrade to the vip package, and still felt like we had a great time.
The VIP sections are in the middle of the arena, across from each other. We We adjacent to the VIP section.
There is definitely a musty, barnyard smell in the arena. It is not overwhelming though. But if you are sensitive to smells, take that into consideration.
The served meal was printed on the napkins.
Starter: tomato soup & garlic bread. (Dragons Blood)
Main: half of a roasted chicken (roasted dragon)
Served with roast potato wedge & corn cob drenched in butter.
Dessert: we were served a mini éclair. The Napkin menu stated that it was whatever the dessert of the day is. So it can vary.
***There is no silverware! ***
This is Medieval Times, so you slurp your soup from a pewter bowl, and eat your meal with your hands, as it is served on your pewter plate.***
Do not fret though, there are wet-wipes provided for you!
The serving wenches are fantastic, friendly and helpful.
Be sure to cheer for your knight! During the show, at different times the knights will throw out carnation flowers to guests that are showing their support for their knight! (Yes, I did get one.)
This is a great place to bring the family and small children were pretty entertained with the show, the lights and the gorgeous horses.
There is a falconer that brings out a beautifully trained falcon, and it was magnificent to watch.
Key things to know:
Be prepared to spend $$$
This atmosphere is LOUD.
There is an odor, not unpleasant, but for those sensitive to smells Be prepared.
You eat with your hands, just like in the days of old.
There is alcohol you can purchase.
Be sure to tip your servers (wenches)
Most importantly, enjoy the experience!
Please note, I mention the sounds and smells for children and people who may have special needs. I have a child who is very sensitive to these things. So, I am always checking for these types of things so I can bring earplugs, etc so my child can enjoy the experience too.

I had so much fun! I not only can't wait to go back but to take more of my family!
Vegetarian options: They have a very stright forward coursed meals and four options based on dietary restrictions (standard, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free).
Dietary restrictions: We are vegan, there were vegan options that were kept wrapped and separate from the rest of the food. Also, it was delicious!

Fun for the family. Fun and engaging. My teenage daughter caught a flower from the blue night and totally fan girled. She said it was the 2nd best event of her life, only topped by Biltmore.
We will definitely go back
