First time ordering and got the gluten friendly crust pizza and the edges were burnt and thin and no taste. They forgot and didnt include chocolate milk with kids meal. Pocket pies are small. Spent almost $50 for this quality. Would not recommend or eat here

Pizza flavor was good but the bottom crust was kinda burnt and when I went to get boxes I stood there and waited while all 3 employees are kneeling down or rest their arm on counter on their phones the poor girl who looked like she was on break got up and that's when 2 of the employees got off their phones to help me and the one stayed on their phone idk I would give them another Chance but maybe at a different time next time

We've been frequenting this MOD since it opened a few years ago. Never had an issue. We haven't been in a while and went today for lunch. Parking lot was empty, which I thought it was odd. Inside one customer. I waited in line and an employee approached to serve me. She appeared to be impaired in some way, she was unsteady on her feet, moving very slowly with exaggerated movements, kept closing her eyes, had trouble separating the slices of pepperoni. It took a while to get 2 pizzas sorted out, I kept having to repeat the ingredients. After I paid, I got my drink cups and got a chance to really look around the place. Trash on the floor, tables were not wiped, soda machine looked disgusting, tea and lemonade containers were so gross looking, I didn't even want any. We asked for the pizza to go instead of eating there like we initially planned, because the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Now I'm wondering if we should've just left the pizza there. I ate two slices and I was done, too grossed out to finish it. Dining room was shabby, bench seats fake leather was peeling badly, dirty and run down looking. There were three employees working at the time and only 4 customers including us, and nobody was making any effort to clean. I don't know what happened to this MOD franchise, but I won't be going back.

Super good cheese pizza, I recommend getting the medium size! great service and it was really nice that it was not super busy when we went even when it was dinner time! Got my food really quick and it was really pretty and clean.

Great service. Delicious and fast. The pizza was cooked perfectly. Could not have asked for a better meal at MOD. I love this place because you can pick what toppings you want and how much you want of them. I am a big fan of the roasted red peppers and the whole roasted garlic. A great finishing touch to the pizza is the Balsamic Fig drizzle... it is delicious. I am not one to order cheese bread from anywhere but I will have to say theirs is the best... we have now ordered it the last 2 times we went. It has such great flavor.
