This restaurant is NOT celiac safe. Unfortunately there is a lot of cross contamination when the “gluten friendly” pizzas are made. Pizza Trays not washed between use, not switching gloves, pizza cutters, spatulas etc. I was not able to eat pizza here. However my family members that were able to eat regular pizza had a great meal. Some allergy training and accommodation would be needed if MOD would like to expand their customer base to those of us with dietary restrictions.Dietary restrictions: Not safe for celiacs

Don't deliver, no big deal, won't answer the phone....kinda big deal. Website won't let us put an order in, and when we finally get a hold of them to place an order, they tell us to use the App because it was "too complicated."They must really not like business.

I like MOD Pizza. Before my health kick, I ate pizza here. It is great to pick my favorite toppings. Now I order their salads with EVOO. This is a very satisfying, healthy option. And their pizza is good for those able to splurge, and they have a gluten free crust option.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian toppings for salad or pizza.Dietary restrictions: Several options here.

Started out great, you could order a pizza and be taken care of quickly and efficiently. I always order online and pick up. The last time I ordered online it wasn't ready almost twenty minutes later. And today I went to the online order pick up and saw my pizza, however it took them 15 minutes to hand it off to me. It was cold by the time I got it and no one seemed to care. I told them it was cold and they didn't apologize or anything. I don't know if it's new management or the staff today but the manager didn't do anything except look sheepish.

Mod use to get my cherished 5 stars (lol, I'm kidding. Who cares about my star rating, right?)Anyway something has happened to their cheese. I suspect it's not mozzarella. A quick contact asking the question to corporate is still unanswered.Sorry but I don't like tasteless cheese that taste like it came from a plant.I'm crying out loud as this was my pizza go to place. And the cheese thing is the same in two states 1000 miles apart.If I'm wrong, tell me so Mod and I'll apologize.
