Moe's Southwest Grill

I tried to use a coupon that was sent to me from the corporate office. They very quickly shut that down didn’t give me any options on how to use it other than no. I try to get in touch with a manager four times and not one of them return my call. I called their corporate office. Their corporate office said there was nothing they could do. The corporate office sent a message to the store manager and said he would be in touch with me that Friday it’s been almost 2 weeks since that Friday and I still haven’t received a call. Clearly, they don’t care One bit about customer service they only care about your money

I went to Moe’s for lunch and it was great! I haven’t been in years and it’s better than I remembered. The staff was very kind and I enjoyed my lunch on the patio. I will be returning 🫶🏼🌯

Gross. This was the first Moes I walked into without a Welcome to Moes!!! Maybe that’s not a thing anymore. Anyways, got a Homewrecker bowl, it was absolutely disgusting to the point I couldn’t finish it. Chicken was overcooked and rest was just gross. Think I’m giving up on fast food.

I love the atmosphere when I first walked in and was greeted, the person making my burrito was ALEXIS! She’s very amazing and very helpful loved the service she provided me ☺️

This place was an amazing place to dine on on at the boardwalk. I got the bang bang tacos and it tastes immaculate. So flavorful and I 10/10 recommend. Would definitely come back. Waiter and employees are really nice and friendly.

i’ve been a regular at this moes for over a year. I have never once had a bad experience with staff or with the food being served. When i came in yesterday (7/23) around 7 for dinner, the staff were all yelling back and forth with each other, i had to wait to be served when no one was in line because they were all too busy joking around, the cashier forgot to ring in an extra side due to the chaos taking place behind him. additionally, when i finally sat down to enjoy my food the boys were continuing to yell back and forth, talk in high pitched playful voices, and then finally playing hide and go seek in the lobby and scaring each other!! and now i am sick as a dog the morning after because ultimately the lack of care and cleanliness of the staff last night. moes has never made me sick or upset but they have definitely lost a returning customer.

The chicken was dry, the rice was undercooked, and the service was just ok. They didn't ask if I wanted a drink, so I had to swipe twice.
