First and last time ordering from them. I did an online order and was unable to add more than one extra sauce that I wanted so I called the store to explain that the other sauces I got weren’t the sauces that I actually wanted. I was hung up on 3 different times and then put on hold until I eventually just had to hang up! Horrible customer service and extremely rude!!

I always eat here and never have issues but I ordered the shrimp avocado peanut roll tonight which is one of my faves. The peanuts were bad though, they were most definitely Ransid and I had to throw the roll out. It was also missing the spicy mayo drizzle. I know the item I got probably isn’t ordered a lot but need to make sure the nuts are good before serving them

This place used to be amazing but lately it is terrible. The chicken is hard, it's soaking in teriyaki sauce so you would think it would be soft but no sir it's literally hard. The yum yum sauce tastes like ketchup it's just all the way wrong. Thanks but no thanks. Go next door to Osaka buffet they never let you down..

Hibachi chicken was delicious, but sushi #11 classic roll was so-so. Friendly service though
I ordered a shrimp, steak, and chicken hibachi and never got my chicken with it. With everything I ordered for my family it came out to 56 dollars. You’d think since I’m paying that much I’d get everything I ordered. And the sushi didn’t taste that good either. Wouldn’t recommend this place go anywhere else
