My family and I were staying across the street from Munchies at Ocean Escape Condos. We spotted Munchies from our balcony and saw the OPEN signs all lit up. Seemed convenient, so I looked-up their website and placed an order.
They promptly charged my PayPal account and sent an email stating my order will be ready between: 7:22 PM - 7:37 PM. Sweet. When the time came, my wife and I walked across the street only to find the OPEN sign lit and THE DOORS LOCKED! The joint was ABANDONED! No notes on the door, NOTHING! We tried calling the phone number. No answer, no message, no voicemail. PayPal is still investigating this case.
We never saw this place actually open the five days we were there even though their website states they are open 7-days a week, Noon to 4 AM.
Munchies is great at collecting money. Not so great at communicating or actually providing the goods sold. Respect for the customer? Nope.
Oh, and they tag a "Support Local Fee" to your order without prior notice or asking for approval. Nice.
You know who was open? Hungry Howie's Pizza around the block. You know who has great food? Hungry Howie's. You know who gives a crap about their customers? Hungry Howie's. You know who got our business while we were there, on two occasions? Hungry Howie's! Howie loves you when Munchies takes your money leaves you like a bad online date!

Update your hours of operation. I ordered tonight online it said it would be ready by 9:15 pm went there at 9 pm and it was completely closed down. Website said you were open until 4 am. Could not get my money back until tomorrow. Terrible place to do business

This is a small restaurant and it doesn't have a lot of tables but boy is their food worth it. The pizza is fabulous. A jumbo is huge, I'm talking the size of a trash can lid huge. Prices aren't bad at all. We fed a family of 4 for less than $60 including tip. The pizza was truly amazing, they use the best cheeses. They also sell ice cream. Plus it was right in front of the great hotel we stayed in so that made it super convenient. I highly recommend this place.

Food 5/5 had lots of scoops of ice cream, tons of flavors even extra toppings!! tasted amazing but was on the pricier side. They did serve pizza as well but we did not eat that.
Service 1/5: When we were ordering our ice cream, the girl didn’t say a word and just kept listening. it would of been more respectful to talk to us instead of being silent the whole time.
Atmosphere 1/5: The tables were not clean and had multiple workers stare. They also had loud noises in the back with loud music with swears. Besides feeling stared at, the other works did seem nicer.

Don’t waste your time. Charged $50 for two pizzas, and are completely useless with regards to service.
Ordered on the Slice app, and as I sit here and write this, the pizza is already 10 minutes late, and they haven’t even started it yet. There are no customers here, only staff on their phones. Complete waste of time and money.
Edited to add: the pizza wasn’t worth the price, once it eventually was made. Find any of the other options in the area, especially for the price and service

Went 2 times, once for lunch and once for dinner. Went there thinking we wouldn't enjoy being from the North but their pizza was delicious. Now stuck here for a few more days due to Hurricane Debby. Will most likely go back!!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This was my first and last time eating at munchies. I ordered a meatlovers pizza, an order of wings and a 2liter Pepsi. This establishment is less than 3 miles from my hotel. It took almost 2hours to get my food. The driver got lost, my food was cold and dry. And to make matters worse the driver forgot some of my order and he had to come back again. I will never eat at munchies again.

The food is what it is - late night pizza. It served its purpose, but it wasn't great. The real concern was that when we were leaving, they tried to keep my copy of the receipt, saying that it was policy that they keep both copies. I wasn't paying that much attention, but luckily my husband noticed immediately that that seemed sketchy, so he demanded our copy back. I've been in the restaurant industry for years, and I have never seen a restaurant try to demand that they are the only ones that have all copies of the receipt. This seems like shady business, and I hope that no one has gotten scammed here.
