Only 1 person working to take orders and make food so line was slow moving. The fries were really good. My biggest issue is the lady working round up my total and didn't provide change. I only realized this when I asked for my receipt since I'm not familiar with the taxes in this area.

I would never recommend this place to anyone, I visited MB with my friends and before I could place my order the black lady with stains on her shirt had a nasty attitude and kept looking at us like she was saying slick remarks to her coworker. After ordering our food my friend got ranch thrown at her and the food made me gag after I took three bites of it, then I threw it in the trash. The next day me and my friends felt sick to our stomachs and had all kinds of symptoms. The health department needs to shut this place down seriously.

Be careful when ordering from this place. I Order their 10pc chicken wings plain. When I got them they had mild sauce on them . I told the lady I ordered them plain. She took them back recooked the same wings and handed them back to me. I gave them back told them what they did. The cook look me in face and said he didn’t. How did my first order take 10-15 minutes but the new one came out in 2 minutes looking red and still spicy. The lady took them back I seen her throw them in the garbage. But the 3rd order still didn’t seem right got down to the bottom of the wings they was getting spicier my bottom wings was red like hot . Be careful of who you let handle your food.I will be contacting the health department. It won’t let me post my picture.
Longest and slowest line you will find on the beach for food. Although this place does open nearly year round, there is always a long line of hungry customers waiting for hours.

The lady at the window is incredibly rude. Like wow man go find a different job if workin the fry spot is making you that miserable. I didn’t even order. First time in my annual trip to MB that I didn’t hit up mb boardwalk fries. Only time she perked up was to tell the man in front of me they were out of corn dogs.
I was very disappointed on our visit here. I figured it would be our quickest option to grab some food before moving on. First the staff really wasn't friendly, okay, that seems to be the going rate for Myrtle Beach. But the food was something else.We ordered chicken tenders for my son. Thank goodness he didn't bite into them and said they were too hot. I broke them in two to let them cool down. When I did, I just saw raw undercooked meat. Telling the kid at the window didn't yield much of a result, he seemed to care less.To not be all negative, the fries weren't bad and the food was done quickly.

Review based on the female at the register, she is a straight faced liar. I pulled out a bill n gave her, i had a $20 & $10. I said i gave you a $20 she looked at me straight faced n sid it was a $10. This am i looled in my purse n seen my $10 was still there. Stupid me for not making sure, but shame on her for being a terrible pwrson. Hope she trips on a pinecone n twist her ankle smh evil

Beware of the rip-off. They only accept cash and round to the dollar due to the coin shortage (that was in the past 2 years due to Covid-19). They had a cash draw full of coins. The fries were just OK.
