Food was okay. Left a zero tip and waitress was in shocked. When we have to get up and refill our own drinks, no tip for you. She only came back to leave the ticket. So you did not deserve a tip. Think about your service and ask do I deserve a tip.

Decided to stop for lunch prior to boarding my flight home. The food was incredible, however, my server Lindsey was less than pleasant. Not only was she incredibly rude, her professionalism was awful. She wore earbuds while serving me and surrounding tables, and was actively on phone calls while serving us! In addition, we could very clearly hear her saying very negative things about her coworkers and management. If you happen to visit this location, if Lindsey is your server, make sure you ask for someone else!

Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. Our waitress forgot about us completely and sat down at a table to play on her phone. We never received any refills, our plates weren’t taken until we asked for them to be taken, and we didn’t receive the check until about an hour after we finished eating. The reason we didn’t speak up sooner was because every waitress that walked past us refused to even look in our direction. And we had to flag down a different waitress and ask for our check. Our waitress eventually came and gave us the check but had a hissy fit when we said we were going to pay card. We wanted to not leave a tip but the waitress was watching us like a hawk and I didn’t want to deal with her reaction to us not leaving a tip so we tipped the lowest amount (18%). It was honestly just a bad experience overall. We will not be coming back.

The food was just Okay... and for the price, it should have been better. The service was slow and for a family eatery, there was just too much noise and too many drinkers. If you're looking for a place to get drunk and be loud and obnoxious, this is it.
It was my 1st visit to a Nacho Hippo. Probably gonna be my last too.

I recently had a great experience at this airport restaurant the other day and I want to commend Eddie, who was working tirelessly and professionally throughout my visit. He was attentive, gracious, and clearly committed to creating a welcoming environment for all guests—even under pressure.

During my time there, I witnessed Eddie handle an extremely rude and disruptive individual who was loudly yelling across the restaurant, filming him without consent, and causing discomfort to other diners. I saw people’s faces and they were appalled. The situation was tense and public, yet Eddie remained calm, respectful, and direct. He reminded the guest that yelling wasn’t appropriate and continued to serve others with poise and professionalism. I asked his name after this ordeal because I thought he kept his cool.

Eddie’s leadership and work ethic stood out—he was constantly moving, supporting staff, and ensuring guests were taken care of. I typically will not leave reviews but felt compelled to speak on this workers experience after witnessing that unruly patron. She made me so uncomfortable! Yikes!

My waitress was so sweet and attentive- Caitlyn. The food runner dropped my food off and didn't even look at me, much less ask if I needed anything else. I immediately took off after him to ask for a plate for my food (I ordered two sides and wanted to combine them and eat them off of a normal size plate rather than a tiny side dish). I said sir several times and he didn't hear me, so before he disappeared into the back completely I raised my voice and said 'Sir!' which he finally did hear. I asked him for a plate and he goes 'are you okay' and I said yes, I just need a plate. He said my food was on a plate- it was on one of those little side dishes. I said no- a regular size plate. He hands me a saucer from the bar, so I asked again for a full size plate. He said I will bring one to you. Took him awhile to get it out to me (though they weren't busy), and when he did- he told me not to 'yell' at him to get his attention 'next time' & then walked off before I could respond. The food was good for airport food & Caitlyn was great, but Eddie sucks and I'm sure I'm not the only person who feels this way. Bummer because I will now be flying in and out of here often for work along with my business partners and this is the best restaurant in this airport in my opinion. Guess I will see if Eddie is working next time I visit so I can avoid interacting with him. I made sure to give poor Caitlyn her full 20%. Hope he is kinder to his staff than he was to me- turns out he is the manager!

Well I wish I could be more excited. Waitstaff was not the best and the food was ok. No cilantro or onions on anything.
Blackened fish tacos were the best they have to offer. Watch out for hornet nest on the pole!

We waited over 30 minutes for 1 drink and chips. Nearly 1 hour for food. Fortunately our flight was delayed because otherwise we would have never been able to actually eat. Very disappointing experience
