I didn't realize this was a food court in a mall that looks abandoned. There wasn't even a name on the kiosk.I ordered a couple of rolls and couldn't eat them. They were mostly rice and fell apart. I give it two stars because the order were correct and I didn't get sick. Even supermarket sushi has less rice. And served in a polystyrene takeout box?!

So much different than their restaurant they used to have, which I had gone to dozens of times over the last 30 years. But this restaurant is located in the mall set up like fast food except the prices are much higher than fast food. You don't get the restaurant experience like you do at your typical Japanese restaurant but you still pay more than you would expect to. I wouldn't complain about the price if it had tasted better. Now again, my opinion of the food is not much better than the atmosphere. The chicken was extremely dry and not seasoned properly. It just wasn't appealing to eat. My dog enjoyed it though. The rice was overcooked, as well. We also ordered a steak meal and my son said it was OK.

Went last night and it was delicious, the sauces haven’t changed they still have their signature white seafood sauce! It seems we got more food than usual too. If you haven’t tried it in a couple of months, you definitely need to give it another shot!

Only thing good is the rice , all of the meats tastes dry and outdated. I’ve been here 3 different times and all same results. The female employee has a bad attitude every time and acts like she doesn’t wanna be there. They don’t have a business phone or a way to contact them, and They charge you $3 extra dollars if you want to pay with a card and $1for sauce. $14 for a small chicken bowl and $20 for a steak bowl.

Only went once and can’t judge a place by that but had the shrimp tempura rolls they were good but noticed artificial crab meat was portioned with the tempura and wasn’t real excited about that, the cashier/sou chef was friendly and professional.The mall is a great mall and like all malls need more people for businesses to thrive so I should and may change this review apon further visits to this location!

We were expecting better food since we heard that the people who owned nakato’s owns this place. However the chicken was dry the steak was tough and we payed more than we would have at nakatos for less food. This is ridiculous and don’t even get me started on everything that cost extra. All extra sauces are $.60 and your salad and soup are not included like they used to be. We spent $45 just for 2 bowls and 2 drinks. Absolutely would not recommend. Don’t waste your time or money coming here.

Food was pretty good, but not 20 dollars for a shrimp bowl kind of good. 21 dollars for a shrimp bowl with 5 peices of shrimp and 4 sauces with no drink included.

The food is bomb. I usually snag the salmon bowl, and my husband gets the steak bowl. The served portions are great, enough for leftovers usually. Definitely a place we frequent.
