The food is lousy. My hotdog was apparently cooked then reheated. The woman behind the counter is hard to understand and VERY rude! The only reason I gave this place 1 star is because you can't give no stars. Stay away, stay far away!!!

I'd looked forward to trying a Nathan's Famous Hot dog, among other menu items. I have never (in 51 years) had such miscommunication while ordering. The food at this location was beyond awful. Although 1 item (Philly Cheesesteak) out of a $78 order, was okay. Our order was incomplete. When I called the restaurant, the foreign speaking cashier refused to let me speak to anyone else, claiming that she was the only one there. I'd just left there, seeing @ least 2 other employees. Another location may be wonderful but this one in Myrtle Beach was disgusting...

id give -10 if i could. woman working was rude and nasty,wore same gloves for EVERYTHING. icecream was so old n frozen and not edible. idk how the hell they stay open. this is my first trip to area and last trip to this craphole.

Nathan's Famous Hot dog taste like rubbler and the cashier you can't understand what she's saying. Also it looks like a dump on the other side and half on the inside ?Wouldn't ever eat here again.Only Reason I stayed to eat bc of my Husband ??

Would give a negative star rating if it was possible!!!! Was so so so disappointed! Hard to ruin ice cream but they did. 4 people 3 different flavors and even a 7 and 12 year old child said it wasn't good. Ice cream was old. Service was poor. Lady came out with a pair of gloves already on touched everything including cash register with them and our ice cream cones and scoop. Will NEVER visit this place again. So disappointing. Never have I seen kids throw away chocolate ice cream!!!! Very dirty and run down. Old don't mean has to be rude and crude!!!

Being this was Nathans, I expected quite a bit more than we got. The Russian Lady cashier was hard to understand. Was rude & nasty when we asked a few questions. Spent $35 on 4 hot dogs, 2 sodas & 2 fries. Hot dogs over cooked & salty but french fries okay. Place was dirty & looks like they may have thought about construction at some point, but the tape & dust say it's been this way for some time. Would never return here. I suggest finding somewhere else to go. Definitely not worth the time or ? to be treated so rudely while on vacation. ?

Went in specifically for Arthur Treachers. 2 of us (Adults) ordered: seafood platter + 1 extra piece of fish and a fish sandwich combo, both came with drinks and fries. The orange drink was spoiled, sweet tea way too sweet and tasted like it had been left out for a week. The fries were soggy, the fish sandwich and fish itself was rubbery and way overpriced at $43.00. Such a disappointment as locals, we were looking for a nice little fish n chips joint, this is definitely not that place and I would advise you to save your money and avoid this place at all costs!

Don’t eat here…there’s roaches & it’s so dirty! The food itself wasn’t terrible but we were also starving and couldn’t find anything else nearby open, so that’s probably why it seemed decent. It is WAY overpriced! I spent $60 for 2 adults and 2 kids. And 2 of the fries we ordered we weren’t charged for and didn’t get…so add those on and it would’ve been $70. Absolutely ridiculous for basically a fast food restaurant.
Wish I could have given less than one star. Don't go here. 2 of us for lunch. She got bacon cheeseburger with medium combo. I got 2 dogs with regular combo. Bill was over $30. Bacon cheeseburger had a burger about the size of McDonald's cheeseburger with microwave bacon. My dogs were dried out and shriveled. Expect they've been ready for hours. Terrible food. Extremely high prices. Lastly the older lady at register speaks horrible English and was just nasty and rude. I've attached picture showing my shriveled dried out hot dog which tasted like bad jerky. Avoid at all cost.

Horrible attitude of the female cashier on duty. She made an error in our order and was absolutely nasty about it. The Chef intervened and caught her error. He was very fair and accommodating. I’ve eaten at Nathen’s for 30 yrs. I was in the Food and Bev biz for 15yrs. I’ve traveled to four continents and this place is by far the worst restaurant I’ve ever eaten at.Kudos to the Chef for being professional, tho.

Cashier that could barely be understood, nothing wrong with it, just inconvenient and she was rather flat toned without any customer services skills. But $44 dollars for 3 frozen fish sandwich combos? Nooooo thank you. The food wasn't amazing, the fries were delicious though. Sierra Mist tasted like pure sugar. Restaurant was very hot and looked like it needed a deep cleaning.

We were hesitant to go in because the outside looked like it wasn't open and there were broken windows. We looked in the door and saw they were open and the inside looks a lot better than the outside. The people working in the kitchen had on masks and it was nice and clean. The fish sandwich was very good and hot off the press so to speak. We went back the next day. Plenty of space for social distancing. If the outside was better I would have given a better rating.

This place is horrible. Way over priced frozen food. The lady that worked there was snobby and had the personality of a brick. I ordered 2 burgers.... that's it, no drinks or fries. My 2 cardboard tasting burgers costed me over $18. Beyond ridiculous! I would highly recommend taking your family somewhere else.
