We got there early. The staff was just sitting at a table talking and complaining about management. Took almost 10 min for our server to bring menus. Once we ordered both mine and my husband's orders came out wrong. I had to ask for syrup for my french toast. My husband ordered 1 egg and got 2 plus he didn't get the toast he ordered. Overall the restaurant was not nice, definitely not like the pictures I saw online. Our waiter never came back. I had to go up and ask for our bill. I got an orange juice and french toast. My husband got 1 biscuit with gravy, egg, toast, and coffee. Our bill was $80!!! Definitely not worth it. I was excited to go there after seeing stuff online. Will never go back again!
A Breakfast to Remember… for All the Wrong Reasons I don’t usually leave reviews, but after this experience, I felt compelled. Let’s start with the service — our waiter was friendly enough, but seemed a bit out of their depth. The energy was more “going through the motions” than warm or attentive. The food arrived quickly, which at first seemed like a plus… until I realized it may have been rushed rather than properly prepared. The eggs were watery and completely unseasoned — a bland, runny mess. The pancakes somehow lacked both flavor and fluff, which I didn’t know was even possible. (How do you mess up pancakes?) The one saving grace? The sausage. It was the only part of the meal that felt thoughtfully made. Now, if this were a high-end, Michelin-starred restaurant, I might brace myself for steep prices — but for basic breakfast fare? The cost was borderline outrageous, especially given the underwhelming quality. In short: overpriced, underwhelming, and unforgettable — but not in the way you'd hope.
Save your money and go to Waffle House. You’ll get better food there. Unless you want to be on social media for a free stack of pancakes. Our eggs were watery and mushy. We were asked to move tables after getting drinks and ordering to accommodate a larger party. And after complaining about watery eggs, we were brought the same eggs back and told to “enjoy our meal” anyways. All for $70+.. never again.
Had a great breakfast and understand why there was a long wait. I absolutely enjoyed my breakfast and my waiter Gus was great. Thanks!
I loved the great service and the amazing waitress we had! #Indirocks
