Nellies pizza & Poutine

We came from NC so excited to try this place for the vegan Calzones! However upon entering we found the guy running the facility had his toddler daughter there running around the dining room and kitchen in a diaper with no pants. Sucking on the end of a vacuum hose with brown/black streaks of dirt all over her mouth and chin and her t shirt. Very unsanitary! Needless to say we did not eat here despite anticipating it for a couple weeks. Horrible disappointing!

So little sauce and barley any toppings on our pizzas. I mean even the cheese was skimpy. Terrible for the price. Never again. Fries were really good although again pricey for the handful you get. We got delivery and maybe that makes a difference?

Very good pizza. Having tried vegan pizza all over the country i'll say that this place was comparable in quality to popular pizza restaurants in big cities. Surprised to find options like this in the area. Owner was really helpful as well. The poutine was really good too. We havent had that before. If you are in the area check it out.

Was part of a vegan meet up group who met here for lunch. EVERYONE loved their meal. It was great to go in and order and pay and then be seated. This restaurant is the closest thing to a vegan restaurant in the Grand Strand. They have a page on their menu listing all the vegan options-pizza, calzones, putine! Everything on the menu it seems could also be made vegan, even the Canadian specialties! Cauliflower crust upon request for gf people. Friendly owner, competitive prices.

Best stand alone pizza in the area…delivery is usually right on schedule. Yesterday’s pizza sauce was a bit saltier than usual…overall, still our fave

We figured give NELLIES a try after reading reviews, WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! $27 w/ tax LARGE....not worth the ride from Surfside Beach, next time it's Marco's
Ordered pepperoni, green Pepper, onions & sausage. Never saw the sausage. NO TASTE to sauce. What a waste of money! NELLIES LARGE PIES are everyone else's medium size.
GO TO MARCOS, UNCLE MIKEY'S, ANYWHERE BESIDES NELLIES!

Parking: Good luck pulling into business & trying to get home before pizza gets cold. Traffic on 707 horrible!

I had just come from the airport after massive delays from the Crowd Strike outage and already missed a day on my short Carolina getaway. Pulling in at ten til close on a Sunday, the good folks and little girl in a butterfly dress hooked me up with the best vegan pizza I've had in years! Better than SLC, MSP and more! The cheese pulls and stretches and the sauce to crust ratio is perfect. Eating the leftovers the next day, now. Give them your money!

Very friendly staff pizza was excellent no flop tangy sauce good crunch watched him take the fries up for the poutine maintained crunch when I got home under the gravy, temp in the joint was a little warm other than that very friendly family environment.
