Häagen Dazs/Great American Cookie

Great American cookies used to be one of the best specialty store type cookies you could get anywhere. These were very disappointing. I got chocolate chip, mm,sugar and peanut butter. All but the peanut butter were not very soft and I’ve always remembered them being warm. They also don’t seem to be as big as they used to be. I never remember GAC being crunchy but these were except for the peanut butter. When you’re paying 24 bucks plus tax for a bakers dozen of cookies they should be near perfect in my opinion. The staff was awesome, the cookies, a big let down. Most should be able to tell from this picture these are not the great American cookies of days gone by.

I got a Cookies & Cream Milkshake and it was almost flavorless. While it was sweet, I got no hint of any cookie. I think the milk to ice cream ratio favored the milk too much.

Usually, when we come in town, we make Tollhouse Cookies one of our stops...this year, we stopped and realized Tollhouse Cookies is gone and is now Great American Cookies. Let me just tell it is NOT the same or even comparable. Cookies were ok, not as soft or as good as Tollhouse. Overall, cookies were ok!

OMG, I can't go in these kinds of places often. I didn't have any ice cream, but I did have the cookies, and the peanut butter one was so good.

The Belgian chocolate ice cream was bomb but the in between rating is so to the reason the one staff mber was very rude to me I get I walked out for a split second but I came back for a cone the young lady that got the cone for me was very polite but the one girl just gave me adittude the entire time I get being lower staffed due to the circumstances and having a bad day but over all I enjoyed the ice cream I just wish some of the staff were a little bit nicer to the customers coming in even if they come back

Delicious milkshakes and great customer service. Oh and the Oatmeal Raisin cookies are so soft and delightful
