Usually, when we come in town, we make Tollhouse Cookies one of our stops...this year, we stopped and realized Tollhouse Cookies is gone and is now Great American Cookies. Let me just tell it is NOT the same or even comparable. Cookies were ok, not as soft or as good as Tollhouse. Overall, cookies were ok!

The Belgian chocolate ice cream was bomb but the in between rating is so to the reason the one staff mber was very rude to me I get I walked out for a split second but I came back for a cone the young lady that got the cone for me was very polite but the one girl just gave me adittude the entire time I get being lower staffed due to the circumstances and having a bad day but over all I enjoyed the ice cream I just wish some of the staff were a little bit nicer to the customers coming in even if they come back

Popped by to grab something cool after shopping all day.. can't recall last time I've had a good shake but they have my fav flavors so we splurged. It's a small store but lots of choices.. even cookies and brownies.. yum yum
Delicious milkshakes and great customer service. Oh and the Oatmeal Raisin cookies are so soft and delightful

Let me start by saying, I do not ever do reviews. But, this one is worth the few minutes I have before heading into work.A few months ago I came here because I love Haagen Daaz. The manager was rude and my order looked extremely sloppy. My order was wrong, and she was not friendly. I thought for sure I'd never be back but said what the heck, let me give them one more shot.I walked in and was greeted first thing by Alicia and she proceeded to do my order for me. She was kind quick and seemed like she really knew what she was doing. That's a GREAT Change for here. I'm from New York so this ice cream has a special place in my palate.I will be back more and more now. I'm glad you finally have a friendly staff that knows what they are doing. The other person seemed kind as well. Didn't catch a name.
