Nothing Bundt Cakes

Boynton Beach, FL first of all for there to be no way to contact customer service says a whole lot about your business. I left the store in tears today. I misunderstood a coupon and was refused a partial refund due to there being no manager on site. you have two angsty teens running your place that have NO IDEA what they are doing. Caleb and Crystal who refused to tell me her name were incompetent, rude, and incapable. i called back for the managers name and Crystal wouldn’t give me the information. I have never been treated this way in my life. I used to come here for every celebration and birthday. I will NEVER return due to the fact that there was no attempt to remedy my experience whatsoever

these little cakes are addicting! my family drives 4 hours to pick a few dozen up. worth every dollar.

First-time customer here. When I came to the store for the first time, I instantly thought how on earth does this place stay in business by only offering several flavors and sizes of bunt cakes. Well, it's because the bunt cakes are out of this world good. They are super moist, not overly sweet, and crazy good! Will definitely be back and soon!

Ordered a golf themed lemon raspberry bundt cake from this location for a birthday celebration at Top Golf. The cake was so delicious, moist, and the perfect amount of sweet (not under or overly sweet). My boyfriend and his friends couldn't get enough of it. Will definitely be ordering again from this location.

Kayla definitely is a perfect representation of the company, she is very helpful and her personality is so pleasant. Because of her I will be back ! And I can't forget the amazing cakes ?

I have always been pleased with the quality of their bundt cakes and have always had great services, but yesterday 7/23 at about 7 PM was a different experience. I was rather disappointed with the lack of customer service. The woman in the counter was not pleasant, friendly or warm. She had no people skills and lacked professionalism. In all honesty, as rude as it may sound; she had a resting b---- face. She does not seem fit for the job in my personal and professional opinion. Despite her lack of exuding enthusiasm, the bundt cakes continue to be the best.

I absolutely love the bundtlets, not too big, not too small. I always cut the bundtlet in half to share or save for later. The flavors are wonderful with too many flavors to name (but lemon is my favorite). I anxiously await the feature flavors!

The place smelled like heaven and was super clean. The cakes were absolutely delicious. Skylar was fantastic. She helped us pick out the perfect cake and had a million dollar smile. Excellent customer service!

Nicest employees on the Grand Strand. Could not ask for a better experience all the way around. Great little bundt cakes. Give this bakery a chance and you will not be disappointed. What an amazing experience…. My daughter wanted one of these for the longest time, and was not disappointed. Amazing customer service, and incredibly amazing cakes!! Definitely a must try!!
