They add a 20% tip to the bill without telling us. (2 people) Just doesn't feel right. Service was just ok, so 20% was not justified

First of all this NY Pizza is located inside the Bluewater Resort. They have several locations in town. I was staying across the street in one of the 2 smaller buildings of Bluewater Resort which I think they call the Villas. Anyway , my first night , September 19 , I was tired from driving in and didn't feel like driving somewhere else to eat so I walked across the street after finding it on Yelp.
I have to say I was really impressed with the pizza. Especially after reading some of the reviews I wasn't expecting good pizza or good service. I just wanted a personal pizza to take back to my room and eat out on the balcony , which is exactly what I did. I got a Small Meat Lovers Pizza and the quality of the pizza and the taste was really good. I live in Las Vegas and we have sooo
many pizza places it's crazy , gourmet , chains , mom and pops , New York , Chicago , you name it.
It was $12.67 total which is a good deal for a tourist town. They have a bar inside and there were a couple customers sitting there having good conversations and having a few drinks. Big TVs playing sports and such , dining area with a few people eating and they had a few cakes on display. They of course sell other food items other than pizza. I would recommend coming here if you are staying at Bluewater or the surrounding area. The sign outside says it's open to the public. Also the lady that took my order was very friendly and my pizza came out pretty quickly for the amount of people there.

Shows as being available to the public, but only hotel guests can eat here.
Excellent pizzas! Prices matched the other places nearby and we would definitely order from here again!

me and my fiance came on a vacation and we decided the menu we saw online looked good so we came to the restaurant and sat down. 20 minute went by and we hadn’t even gotten greeted. i had to go to the front and ask for a menu myself and asked our server if we had to order up here or if she’d come to the table. she said she’d come to us, but proceeded to clean the bar off instead of even getting us drinks by 30 minutes of sitting there. when she did some up to us she said “what do you want” she was just plain rude and i won’t be coming back to this restaurant next year.

I'm so frustrated and disappointed. Didn't get what I ordered. Ordered online and left to get there when they said it'd be ready and it wasn't had to wait an additional 20 minutes because they didn't even start my order until arrival. I ordered garlic knots and instead of saying hey we are out of them they sent what I'm assuming is supposed to be garlic bread but it's literally just parsley on bread and not even edible.

Fantastic place to take a quick pizza break with friends or family. Enjoyed a nice drink before heading back to our room with a pizza, which was excellent. If you're looking for a quick pizza close by during your vacation, this is the place.

I really loved the bread on the steak sandwich, it was nice and crisp on the outside. And the pizza was really good too.

We ordered a meat pizza tonight and wanted the beef and sausage taken off. In exchange, we asked for ham instead. No one mentioned the fact that two meats in exchange for one…would be a $10 upcharge. $35 for a ham and pepperoni pizza is insane. We ended up ordering from Hungry Howies and they were very helpful in suiting our needs and finding us deals. Needless to say we will not be purchasing pizza from here again!

Food is good, atmosphere is wonderful! Price and management is horrible. Ordered extra large meat lovers pizza ask them to hold the hamburger and sausage off and that was a $10 up charge after we arrived to pickup the order. Very bad business practices in my opinion. Eat at your own risk!!

Would rate 0 stars if i could. I JUST went in with my wif eand nobody said anything to us, we asked the girl do we sweat ourselves she says yes. A family of at least 6 came in right after and they were greeted, seated, and handed menus. I watched the waiters talk and socialize behind the counter as they looked in our direction but still nobody came. I held my hands up in disbelief they still just talked and watched, we just got up and left and of course they still said nothing and acted like nothing happened

All of the teenagers/young adults were on there phones. While me as a customer had come in to get my take out order, the lady said that we still had to wait in the line when people were ordering. Absolutely ridiculous!
