NY Pizza Kitchen Bar&Grill

This is definitely the best pizza in Myrtle Beach, I also tried the Stromboli and is very delicious.😫 My food was fresh and I love it 😍

This place was a huge disappointment. The hostess was very aggressive at the door. The server was very rude, she had absolutely no customer service skills. We ordered fried calamari and a large pepperoni pizza and the calamari was overcooked and the pizza tasted like nothing. While waiting for our food one of the servers was on their phone and the supervisor come yelling at her while on the floor in front of the 12 customers that was there. This place is definitely horrible and I would not recommend.

Where do I begin…. Me and my girl got 2 subs, the Italian and the chicken parm. Both got cheese added to our fries which only had a splatter on them. The chicken parm sub had barely any sauce and chicken was chewy. The Italian sub could tell had all ingredients from the nearest grocery store and could get a better sandwich from a dumpster. Asked the waiter to have management come over to talk about the poor food quality and he came back saying the manger refuse to walk over to the table. We go up to the front and told her that the subs weren’t good and get the one taken off. She was looking at the food from the counter so I told her “you want me to go get it for you” she said yes and I go get and she said “if you didn’t like it then why would u eat the fries” umm “the fries were good the subs were not” she had a whole attitude but finally took it off! NEVER COME HERE! Just go to the grocery store and you can make all their food! Btw the manager was the black girl with the shaved dyed hair.

TERRIBLE FOOD AND MANAGEMENT, I got two subs today chicken parm and itialian sub and both were nasty only thing edible was the fries….. when I spoke to management who was a black women with short dyed hair she was Blatantly disrespectful and refuse to even speak to us or come to the table. So we had to come to her and when we did she was very rude! Would never visit again

Food was okay. Pizza was slightly underdone, but wings were good. We asked a question regarding an allergy and the server took the initiative to ask a manager.. However instead of looking at the ingredients on the food box or checking with the kitchen, their response was that they were not sure and “If you don’t know, don’t order it.” Thanks.

This has been a horrible experience. The food was just awful. Nobody spoke English and for the service you might as well plan to be there for a couple of hours. It’s terrible from the terrible service.

5/5 stars! 🍕👌 NY Pizza Kitchen knocked it out of the park! The pizza was AMAZING - perfect blend of flavors and a crispy crust. The service was also top-notch, friendly and attentive. Can't wait to go back! 👏💯 Highly recommend!

The best pizza we have had by far! Large pizza is plenty for 3-4 people slices are huge ! 20 for one large cheese ! Great deals waiter was so greet and friendly! Pizza is made fresh right in front of you !
