Asking for my card details over the phone, I just hung up. Never seen a pizza place ask for your card info over the phone, I wanted to order pizza to pick up. Who's to say that the employee doesn't write my card information down and use it?

The pictures of the pizza I saw online look good so I gave them a try. The pizza was very good a little thinner that I like but was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was. I would recommend extra pepperoni if you get a pepperoni pizza. Also ordered a club sub cold and that was even better than the pizza the bread was so fresh. The only problem that I had was after spending $33.43 they charged me another $1.34 for a credit card charge. If you spend over $10 they should be happy for your business. If you eat in there's jukebox and plenty of seats.I would strongly recommend NY Pizza Kitchen Bar & Grill minus a surge charge. Also the bar looked pretty stocked and lots of choices.

The lemon pepper wings are addictive!!! Got 10 yesterday with our pizza, which was also delicious and we had to get 20 more today. Delicious!!!

The pizza was great. We asked for lite cheese for me and they understood the assignment. The waitress was good also. We didn't have to wait to long to be seated. We will definitely be going back there when we are at the beach.

Consistently good pizza! Only con is that I could not order over the phone. I called multiple times and no one answered.
The place was very busy and my party had to go orders of 3 pizzas. We were told the pizza would be ready in 25 to 30 minutes so we got a margaritas while we waited. The bartender and drink was great. Our pizza was ready sooner than expected, 15-20 minutes. The staff... very friendly. We were given 8 garlic knots with our order. I highly recommend.

I am from out of town and decided to take my family here during thanksgiving day. The food was expensive, portion was small. Customer service horrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here.

Our meat lovers pizza was delicious. Exceptional service from the door to table. The lady that greeted us . Did it all! Seating, service and, cleaning. Awesome! Thanks Again! Price is reasonable.

First time patron - had a wonderful lunch! Prepared to order - got to hang out with friend - Eden Alon - what a nice lunch & great conversation! Great Italian food - casual - very affordable - highly recommended!

We ate here tonight the food was really good except the fried cheese ravioli. But I do have a complaint with the waitress, we told her a kids meal spagetti and meatballs. Got our bill and she had charged us for an adult plate spagetti and meatballs. We tell her that she charged us for an adult, she leaves and comes back to the table and said well the chef said he made it. So we paid and then left, but customer service was truly not there tonight.
