Horrible experience. I ordered online a pepperoni pizza. And got cheese. On the burger half of what I requested was missing and they also forgot my drink. Clowns.

I went in with low expectations, as we were just looking for a quick, simple bite before moving on. It was a slow, chilly December evening, and there was only one server working the floor. One thing to note is that there is no restroom on-site—you’re directed to use the arcade next door. Unfortunately, on the night we visited, that restroom was broken and closed.

The pizza itself was decent: thin, greasy, and enjoyable for what it was. The garlic knots, however, were drier than we would have liked. The biggest issue came when the bill arrived. There were four people in our party—two of us had two beers each, one person had a soft drink, and all four of us had ice water. We were shocked to see a $2.50 charge for ice water, with no notice, signage, or verbal heads-up. After looking at other reviews, it seems others have had mixed experiences with similar charges.

Unfortunately, that unexpected charge left a bad impression, and it’s enough that I won’t be returning.

pizza tasted like a ninja turtle slice. sooooo good! waitress was so very friendly! no public bathroom in actually shop you have to go next door but that's not their fault! good reggae music & good food!

The cashier with those thick hair Caterpillars on her eyelashes suck!!!!!!! Just nasty for nothing… no greeting no smile nothing welcoming about her at all your food is good a little soggy and greasy but it’s good I’m from up north that’s what a lot of us like …… Oh and the way she talked to the other waitress is ugly talk to her not at her how rude…. Now I see why some people only have certain jobs because they are desperate for help hopefully yall can get it together because that will also bring your business down……( OWNER RESPONSE SHOWS A LOT! JUST NASTY) 🤢

Pretty good pizza fast service

This place was great. Took my son there for lunch. We absolutely enjoyed it but the bonus is I left my wallet with $100 cash inside. Didn’t realize it to the following morning called them up and they kept my wallet safe! it’s good to see there’s still some good people left in the world!!

Food was okay. Hard to get pizza wrong but nothing special, expensive for what you get. Atmosphere was cool but dirty. Visible grime and corroded metal, but cool decorations. No bathroom even for customers, no place to wash your hands.

Not sure why they call it NY Pizza. It is neopolitan style. The crust was perfectly cooked. The pizza was not flavorful. The cheese was bland. This is someplace you go if it is close and you are starving. Otherwise look elsewhere if you want good pizza.

So they close earlier than what they're supposed to the store is open people are in there they close earlier than 11:00 some people inside at one point.. so whoever's company it is they close early and don't care

I was so upset I ate here. I just really don’t recommend it to anybody. The lady in the front was very rude. Save your money and go to the one down the street across from Homewood suites.

Pizza by the slice hit the spot @ 945p.m. waited 6 minutes and out the oven fresh and delicious 😋
Supreme for my husband and mine was Pepperoni. Yummy and the atmosphere was great fun vibe and pleasant.

As a tourist visiting from the NY area, this establishment needs to change its name. Upon walking up to the counter to order, the employee urged us to find a table and that a waitress would come take our order. There are signs posted throughout the establishment stating that take out customers cannot use the dine in tables- which was funny since the place was empty. We were charged for water which was given to us in 8 oz plastic cups, and gratuity was automatically included in the bill which explains why we were told to have a seat instead of take out. Pizza was mediocre and so were the wings. Overall a money hungry establishment and not worth the visit.
