Hersheys ice cream, so it’s tasty however the prices are absolutely RIDICULOUS. I got two smalls, one in a cup and one in a waffle cone and paid over $17. Complete rip off. I couldn’t believe it

I recently visited Ocean 7 Ice Cream and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the customer service provided by the girl at the front.
Upon arriving, my group and I queued patiently, anticipating our turn. However, we were surprised to see the girl at the front ignoring our presence entirely, instead serving customers who had just walked in after us. This was not only frustrating but also made us feel overlooked and unwelcome. In regards to the ice cream, it did not live up to my expectations either. The flavors were lackluster and not as fresh as I had hoped. It was a huge letdown, especially considering how much I love trying new ice cream flavors. With both the service and the quality of the product failing to impress, I have no intention of returning to this ice cream place. It’s a shame because I was looking forward to a delightful treat, but instead, I walked away feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. customer service is key, and this shop clearly missed the mark. If you value a welcoming atmosphere and good ice cream, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I returned after 2 years, because I had a pleasant memory of the place, but everything changed, the ice cream is horrible and the service is terrible, the lady who serves, thinks she is doing you a favor, selling you the ice cream.
