Solid place for breakfast wirh good selection. The bowls are very good. The sauce is a nice touch. Great service and atmosphere. Recommend dining here at the resort!

This restaurant is open to the public, not just those staying with Hilton. Located inside the Doubletree Hilton with an oceanfront view. Beautiful patio seating and inside seating as well. Service was attentive and gave good recommendations. I also enjoyed cocktails at the bar. You can go for a walk on Springmaid Pier after breakfast , lunch, or dinner if you don't dine too late. Thankful for the manager checking on my table and not feeling rushed! Exceptional service!

The 2nd floor lobby bar is one of the beaches best kept secrets. The decor is very nice for a place to sit and have a wonderful view of the ocean. A recent redo of the bar menu is perfect! The peel & eat shrimp are the best on the strand and they now have happy hour too! I probably shouldn't be posting this because this is our hidden jewel and I know others will soon find out our great relaxing spot!

I had breakfast here with a friend, we enjoyed it so much! They waitress was very friendly and the food was very good, especially the pancakes and grits! The breakfast potatoes were good, they would have been better warm though.

We had breakfast here and it was okay, my husband and I came back for lunch and drinks later in the day. I got chicken wings and they were amazing! Unfortunately I found glass in my chicken wings. I'm not one to make a big deal about anything and I hate leaving reviews that are not beneficial to the establishment. However, I think i was just stunned by the lack of care. I told the manager Angelia, just so she knows and to have the kitchen be careful as I would not want that to happen to anyone else... I felt it while eating my chicken wing, I thought it was a piece of bone broken off but to be sure i spat out what I the foreign object and it was glass. I don't feel anyone else would have been as chill about it as I was. I guess an apology that it happened would have been nice at least. Her response was "that's weird, I'll let the kitchen know"..... I'm sure it is weird but that doesn't change the fact that it happened for me. It just put a bad taste in my mouth that there was no reaction to GLASS being found in my food.

Staff was great, especially our waitress Kyra. Nice view, but the food- and we are there 2 days for convenience- was better at breakfast, ok at dinner.

I was there for breakfast 9/30/24 my fiancee and I. I ordered blueberry pancakes and what I received additionally grossed me out. There was a nose hair with a little mucus plug attached on my pancake. I'm not sure if someone sneeze over it or what. FACE MASK SHOULD BE WORNED BEFORE AND AFTER COVID to prevent such filthy, cross-contamination of others body waste. The waitress was great and I had to tell her I don't want it re-made, better yet I don't want anything out of that kitchen.

Horrible service by hostess and manager, Cory Casper. The hostess sat us down, we were the only ones there at first. We waited 20 min with no acknowledgment. My husband finally got up and said something to one of the waitresses standing in the back. Our waitress came and said she was sorry for the wait and that the hostess never told her she seated us. My husband then asked if we could have some sort of compensation for the long wait and asked if a beer could be comp’ed and he asked her if that sounded fair and she agreed and said yes. The whole time we waited the hostess and also the manager Cory walked by our table and looked several times but never acknowledged us or mentioned that our waitress would soon be with us. Again it wasn’t till my husband asked for service before we got our waitress. The waitress was good, the food was good but when our bill came and the one glass of beer was still on the check she said she needed to check then Cory the manager came and questioned us and we explained what happened. He was very rude and refused to comp one beer because everything else was good and the reason the waitress did not come was because she was busy in the back.it didn’t matter that he and the hostess both knew how long we waited and tried to say it was 5 min when it was 20 and then when we explained that we asked the waitress when we ordered if it was a reasonable request to be comped for at least 1 beer and she agreed, Cory basically called us liars. There were 4 of us sitting at the table and when asked if it wasn’t worth the cost of a beer $7 to keep a customer happy he replied no. We will never go back when management can treat customers so poorly,.Cory Casper needs to be fired.

Staff at Ocean Blue was friendly, especially Toby. During a long weekend visit I dined here a few times and enjoyed each meal. The chef checked ingredients and provided alternatives for my food allergies. It would be nice if there were a few more wheat free/ gluten free options for appetizers, but I felt safe and it was enjoyable overall. Through the visit I had the Cobb salad, peel and eat shrimp, the pork, and the grouper. (Grouper was my fave)
Price for entrees seems a little high to me but consistent with the area.

The food was amazing and so was the service. The views from the restaurant were incredible, some of the best fish tacos I've ever had. I went multiple times during my stay in Myrtle Beach and look forward to coming back

Cory stopped by to check in as well... but.
Ordered the crabcakes which were very fishy. The corn risotto had no flavor. Asked for grilled fish tacos instead which were very very good.The Asparagus was good. Crisp steamed just needed salt and pepper. Hubby ordered Classic burger medium rare. Came medium well. Got new burger.. very rare. Despite it being listed as a good mix of beef, it was totally lacking in flavor.
