NY pizza kitchen Sky Wheel

Atmosphere was fine, music was acceptable flavor and volume, the pizza was actually pretty good. The review was mostly for the service. The pizza was serviced quickly but the woman at the counter took my order wrong and by the time I looked at the receipt the food had come out and I realized she ordered it wrong. Though I hadn’t touched anything thing I brought it right to her attention. I ordered 2 cheese and a spinach feta. Again. The pizza was really good wish I could’ve tried the cheese. I would’ve payed the difference for the one cheese slice pizza. But the way home girly cut her eye and silently sucked her teeth like I just gave her the most annoyed uncomfortable itch! She looked at the computer and I don’t know what she was pressing but I was like never mind it’s fine and just took my wrong order. Like she could’ve offered a cheese just because of error or what ever. So my 8 year old took her time picking spinach from her slice because that’s not what I ordered. Oh and the guy asked was it here or to go and with out even asking me she just said here and that was a little annoying because I never said it was but we just sat and ate. Leaving now. Thanks again for the flavor

I've searched all over Myrtle Beach to find the best. New York Pizza.
This is it!!!! Fabulous aroma hits you when you walk in the door.
Must give it a try. Directly across from the Skywheel.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! NyPizzaKitchen across the skywheel came here based on a friend's recommendation.The service was OUTSTANDING! We had 2 people with allergies and the server was so knowledgeable about every ingredient in every dish. Her recommendations were perfect, very nice Asian lady.We had xl pepperoni and a couple Philly cheese-teak . All 10/10. Will be returning next time I'm in town for sure!

Overall, the food was good. The pizza was hot and fresh. However, the service was like a slap in the face. the Asian or Philippine woman working the cash register doing nothing and everything but attending the customer. She’s on the phone with her lover or whoever’s was on the other line giggling & has no care about what you’re ordering and what you’re trying to tell her. At one point I witnessed another customer say “Thank you have a nice day”, on her way out and she just looked at them and didn’t say anything back it was just such an awkward experience…

Trashy Place, we tried the lunch here. The Pizza & Salad where Mediocre, Not that bad though. Customer Service is what was completely lacking at this place. The Lady at the billing counter and another lady were acting as if they didn't want to be working there and everyone coming to eat here was an annoyance to them. No one coming to check if you need anything or not. Just getting you drinking water seemed to be a herculean task for them. Not recommended, Much better places than this to eat at MB.

Was going to give this pizza joint a try but the doors were locked 10 minutes before the closing time and it looked like the pizza cooks were actually verbally fighting behind the counter inside?!So, we will try something else tonight. Maybe next time.

Located right across Skywheel and plyler park, this is actually a nice restaurant with modern look and nice dining space. The pizzas are really good. We got to try regular cheese slices that had thin crust and cooked very well. But the staff working during visit were little distracted, talking too much on their phone. But for a quick take out order, this is a very cost effective option.

Went into this restaurant to have some dinner with my family, It was small but cute and it's own way, almost giving the vibe of a football card collection. It was a very nice convenient location, and we wanted to try it out. So we order A large pizza, with mozzarella sticks and drinks. They did not have water, and most of the drinks they had listed on their napkin box was not there. The pizza was delicious, but it was small. The mozzarella sticks were like mozzarella sticks you can get from gordons. We pay for our meal, and they did not give us a receipt nor the option to get our receipt, and they had purposely charged us $20 in tip without our consent nor our knowledge. We had to do the math because we didn't get receipt, nor did we get the option to get our receipt. The food here is good if you get only the pizza, and you should expect to be charged an extra $20 for their tips that they tip themselves. I would have tipped if the server was nicer, but she was disrespectful and had an attitude. Don't come here if you want to be disappointed with the atmosphere, the drinks, The disrespectful waitress, and especially the crummy movies. I'm very disappointed in this "restaurant", they has failed to be nice, make a good atmosphere, and be trustworthy. Honestly, the only good thing about this restaurant is their pizza, and yet they make it miniature.

Seemed fine. Food was gross. Not NY style. Couldn’t even lift it to eat it. Kids ate some bc they were starving. People working there did not care at all. Noticed halfway through our meal that our server was in sandals and socks. Another employee eating walking through the restaurant. Just… no.

We ordered a medium sized half pepperoni and half cheese pizza and it was really good. Service was good too.
