This was an ok experience, but it seemed like the staff was stretched thin and they were having issues with simple staple items like potatos being sent out that had not finished cooking.
Past that, as far as Outback as a whole goes, like many restaurants things have gotten out of control when it comes to value for your dollar. A few chicken tenders with two sides of mac and cheese is as expensive as fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and shrimp. I think the sides of Mac and cheese were special side “upgrades” but $6 for a modest portion of plain Mac & cheese is just excessive.

Food was good BUT barely warm. Salad with dressing came without dressing. Blooming burger came without blooms. Chicken with drizzle, no drizzle. Waitress was great and fixed missing things. Server needs to do a better job of getting food out while still hot.

Too much salt on almost every plate. We got 6 people. Cost is not aligned with food quality.

Service was great. The food not so much. Our wings were overcooked and the what happened to the cheese on the cheese fries it was liquid cheese not shredded 🤮.

I ordered a sirloin to go- medium. It was black on both sides, and even the sweet potato was burned. The steak went in the trash. The cheese fries were great.

I stopped here with my son kind of late on a Thursday night. We didn’t have to wait for a table and service was pretty quick and friendly. We loved the cheese fries! I ordered the Cobb salad and it was delicious and fresh. My son thought his chicken on the Barbie was a bit over-seasoned but edible. The only issue we had was when we went to pay our check o the table kiosk I noticed it was a bit high, I almost paid it but then I thought I better checked the details and it was the wrong check all together! The previous table’s check was not closed out so I’m glad I didn’t just pay it and not question it. I’m going to be checking every time now!

After ordering 1 hour wait for food that wasn't very good. Waitress was nice and used standard excuse in Myrtle Beach. Kitchen is short handed today. Wished I took pics of friends steak that looked like a piece of beef jerky.

We have been going to Outback for years all over the US. Was disapointed with this one in Myrtle Beach. Went for lunch---my partner had the Lunch Special for Sirloin Steak which was rare, but it was hard to chew. I had the Coconut Shrimp & the House Salad. We always get the House Salad because it has always been consistent and enjoyable. Can't really put my finger on what was wrongb but it didn't taste the same. Has always be really cold and the vegetables always crisp. A few months ago we came in to the same place for dinner and were disapointed with our meal but decided we would try again. We will try some of the Steak Houses in Myrtle Beach for steak the next time we go out for dinner.
