Good, but not the best P.F's I've been to, and there's been many. Overall food was good, but I feel the chain in general has suffered. It always shocks me the dirty uniforms on service staff. This applies in general these days.

I was in Myrtle beach over Christmas. New widow, got myself a hotel to get away from the Christmas stuff. Christmas Eve night I decided to treat myself to 50 dollars worth of food delivery to my hotel. The food came considerably late and was not the chicken I ordered, but shrimp. I have gout and cannot eat shrimp. When I bit into the food, I realized immediately what it was and had to pump myself with colchicine. I called the restaurant to have it resolved and the manager was not able to help and was not apologetic at all. He called into question the crab Rangoon I ordered, and seemed to imply I was lying about my allergy. The crab Rangoon wasn’t for me and it’s not a contact allergy type thing. It was unprofessional and basically, my already horrible holiday got so much worse. I went to bed hungry, sick to my stomach from the colchicine, and out 50 bucks. Merry Christmas. I won’t be giving my business to this establishment again, nor will I be purchasing frozen foods either.

Great food, a little understaffed, which slowed service, we were 15 late for a 6:30 reservation, didn't get seated till 7:15, to be honest the menu has many great options but can be confusing and misleading which slowed our order.

We had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. Some of the servers had quit and some had failed to show up. The check in girl couldn't find our reservation but the manager got us seated quickly after demanding to see her. Our server was phenomenal as well as the food

Their vegetable Lo Mein is the best around, as well as the Sesame Chicken and Salt n Pepper Prawns. It was New Years Eve, and we had a 5:30 Reservation. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated, but it was worth the wait.

The service was extremely slow, two hours for lunch just for my husband and myself, even though the place was half empty. The GF chicken and broccoli was not the large size I ordered and the sauce was just watered down regular sauce and not really GF! Which is quite dangerous for people with severe gluten allergies! The food was cold and mediocre. Even the rice was bland like it was frozen! The only reason I gave two stars and not one is that the lettuce wraps were decent. And the server did adjust the price to a medium sized portion. Overall I was very disappointed and had an unpleasant experience at this location!
