We went to celebrate pastor's appreciation day. The service from Mathew was great but the kitchen service was horrible. It was 9 of us and it took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our appetizers out. Then they tell us the soup we order was out. They didn't get everyone's appetizer out and forgot some drinks. We waited 30 more minutes for our entrees, and all the rice in everyone's plates was cold. And it looked like it was just thrown in the bowls. We asked to speak to the manager and when she came out we told her about the rice and she said it looks good to me from here. She would not even feel how cold it was and started arguing with us. She finally took it back and I'm pretty sure she put it in the microwave and brought it back to us in 3 minutes. The food, kitchen service and managers attitude were well below what we've ever experienced in PF Changs before. We will definitely never go back. And one other thing, it was busy at all. There were maybe 25 people in there including us.
Waitress was super,!!!! attentive but not intrusive she. Food was very good although lacking seasoning. Overall was a good experience GC
Everything was great! Bailey (hope I got her name right) was an excellent waitress ❤️

Reservations really are a must during the summer season. Food and atmosphere are great. Fun dining experience.
Ribs and wonton soup appetizers were yummy? Wonton soup is so good. Has shrimp and chicken and water chestnuts besides the wonton noodle. Lettuce wraps and the sesame chicken were very good. Our server was top notch and made our visit enjoyable.
We were exploring the Market Commons area around lunchtime when we came across this restaurant and decided to stop in for a meal. Despite it being Labor Day weekend, the place was surprisingly quiet. The restaurant itself is quite spacious, much like a typical PF Chang’s, and we were seated immediately. The lunch menu looked quite appealing, so we decided to give it a try. Here’s what we ordered: •\tFirecracker Shrimp Bowl with Soup and Rice: This was the highlight of our meal. Although it took a little longer to arrive, it was absolutely worth the wait. The dish had a great blend of veggies, black pepper, red chilies, shrimp, and rice. Rating: 5/5 •\tChang’s Spicy Chicken Bowl with Lo Mein: This one was a bit underwhelming. It wasn’t as spicy as expected, and the lo mein noodles became a bit hard after a while. The chicken, however, was well-cooked and flavorful. Rating: 3.5/5 •\tChicken Fried Rice: Their signature dish and one of our favorites. Consistently good as always. Overall, the food, service, ambiance, and staff were all impressive. Rating: 4.5/5
Will not be coming back here. Service was terrible and food mediocre. Server didn't know which beers on menu were draft and then says they're all draft. So I ordered a beer. Waited 15 to get a “bottle” of beer with no glass. Asked for a glass. Never got one. My husband went to the bar to get one. Food finally arrives. I ordered kung pao chicken which is advertised as spicy. Wasn't spicy at all, was actually more sweet than anything. Overall, not satisfied at all with this restaurant.
Excellent service and food! Orders were all properly prepared and served promptly. Looking forward to going back soon.
Due to rain and little parking, it was a bit hectic getting in and leaving. Always consistent menu but server was a bit befuddled. Super sweet though.
Food not great. Very loud. Lots of small children. Service was good but food not even hot. Mistakes in food.

The food was amazing. We started with the Lettuce Wraps, Edamame , Crab Wontons and BBQ Pork spare ribs for our party of 8. We all had the special for the weekend which was made perfectly. For our meals we choose Changs Chicken, Honey Chicken, Mongolian Beef,Sweet and Sour Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken and Lo Mein. Of course we ended with dessert! We choose Banana Spring Rolls, Chocolate Peanut Butter ream Pie for us to share. All throughout our dinner Kelsie, our Server, was so attentive. Kelsie filled water before it could empty the glass. Kelsie was super happy to help recommend our dishes and she did a great job with that!
Food was dry and tasteless also over priced. Had to wait a long time for the food to arrive. Will not go back.
Our waiter was great, offering of the menu was wonderful. Disappointed that we were celebrating our 25th wedding Anniversary which i specifically put on my OpenTable reservation and it was not acknowledged AT ALL. Very upsetting but we did not want to draw attention to it. If you aske if there is something to celebrate, please have your staff pay attention.
Great Valentine's Date night! Very busy but the staff accommodating! Justice our waiter was fantastic even though they were busy taking time to make our experience perfect! Orange Chicken wonderful!
Only reason I would not give a 5 star is we were sat 45min after our reserved time. With it being Valentine's Day think they just got behind.
