Food taste great, placed an online order for chicken noodle soup and the “bowl size” order had maybe 12 individual noodles and 4 pieces of chicken in it and then it’s just a cup of broth, all of that for a nice $12. Nothing against the place or the employees who made it , but corporate needs to reassess portion sizes.

There was a bite out of bread it’s so
So disgusting that somebody would actually do that to somebody’s food

Food was tasty, we liked it.

It’s quiet, so a great place to sit and work - or just think. I don’t eat here much. I like the iced coffees here, what I usually get.

Great food and large portions

A year ago I wrote the review below and swore I would never be back, but I’m a sucker. My daughter loves their damn bread bowls. I went through the drive-through and ordered her a tomato soup bread bowl. Despite the fact that it took forever, my main complaint this time was with the service. The young man working at the drive-through took my cash and did not bring me my change. It was a nominal amount of change, I could’ve lived without it, but that wasn’t the point. The point was, if I had paid with a debit card, they would’ve charged me the exact amount, plus they would have paid cc fees. I gave them cash and they kept my change. If their policy is to not give change, that should be posted and I would’ve paid with a debit card. When the kid finally gave me the soup, he wished me a pleasant day. I had to ask him for my change. He acted surprised and then disappeared for about five minutes while he probably scrounged in the bench cushions to find the appropriate amount of change to give me. I don’t get it.

I honestly don’t know how this location is still open. My kids love the food, so I give in. Every time we come, they are out of something. Today, they were out of bread bowls (the only reason my daughter wanted to eat here). The last time, they were out of tomatoes and green tea. The time before that, they were out of avocados. It’s expensive enough and then you have to settle for something you’re not happy with. The dining room is dirty. The tables are not wiped off, no napkins, no staff to ask about napkins, the bathroom is disgusting, the service blows. The cashier didn’t ask us about sides or dessert. Oh wait, that’s right. They were out of 90% of the desserts. At least there was toilet paper in the restroom. Please don’t waste your money here. I told my kids this is the last time.

When I got my food half the Sandwhich was on the bottom of the bag… that should’ve been my first red flag however, I still ate it anyway.
In the middle of the night I woke up with severe…. Well you can imagine. I've been in bed all day. Finally after about 24 hours I'm starting to feel better. Don't eat here unless you would like to risk it the next day.

And yes this is the only food I had that day… so odds are something was up. Beware, I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

This location is terrible and a disgrace. The customer service is by far the worst of any restaurant ever visited. Rude employees (when you could find one), terrible food, to-go containers for dining in, meals not fully prepared, filthy store. The disrespectful employees are clearly the problem.
They don’t want to be there and they let you know it. And, they don’t care if you’re there, and they let you know that, too. With no apparent management at this store, it’s like Panera Bread hired a bunch of resentful teenagers and left them alone in there. Holy smokes, I don’t think I’ve EVER seen a restaurant quite like this and it’s not like any Panera Bread I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your time by going to this location at 101 Debo Drive, Myrtle Beach.

I went through at Panera off Debo Drive in Carolina forest the drive thru on 2/19/25 around 5 pm . The customer service was the worst and the 2 Chicken salad sandwiches ($20) I ordered were far from a chicken salad sandwich. It was 4 sandwich halves that had nothing but soggy bread and burned cheddar cheese on it. I was so disappointed to get home and see this. I will never recommend this location. There are some hateful people that have no customer service skills at this location. Sadly, my FIRST and LAST time eating at panera would be yesterday.

HELP IN TGE STORE IS HORRIBLE, DIDN'T YOU KNOW THE CYSTOMER IS THERE TO HELP THEM. Best part is they have a tip jar, lmao. Are stey supposed to tip the customer that would be more appropriate. Who ever own this location needs to educate their terrible help on manners and attitude. Will never go back to this location. Do yourself a favor. GO ELSEWHERE.

This is by far the worst Panera bread I’ve been to. Wait at window for person to basically throw your food at you with no regard for ensuring that they have it right. Tables dirty and nobody seems to care. This location has obviously become a high priced cafeteria with no customer service. One and done with this place.
