First time at this panara location. Starting the review with that I love Panara and their soups and salads, as well as sandwiches. My favorite is the autumn squash soup.
Went here on Thursday August 21st 2025 with my mom to get some much needed dinner. We decided on Panara because I also had a gift card, and I haven't had panara in a while. Oh, and side note- i find panara a bit healthier, and has healthy options. Anyways, we entered the store. First we were deciding what we wanted, which did take a while. Cashier greeted us and was very nice. She even complimented on my Jonas Brothers shirt, and my harry potter backpack! Anyways, I ordered the you pick 2- Strawberry Poppyseed salad with mexican chipoltle soup. I had a strawberry smoothie with that. My mom got a chicken moserella sandwich with mac and cheese, and some kind of tea. We paid via a gift card. I am also a panara member where one can get points and get a free thing for one's birthday. One feedback about the cashier is that, unless it changed-- she didn't ask if I wanted bread, an apple, or chips. There is plenty of room to sit in the dining room, and outside too! Food was ready in a timely manner, and quickly. I enjoyed my salad, and soup! Also enjoyed the smoothie too! My mom also enjoyed her meal as well! Hope to be back soon!

The wait for it being dead inside and 3 cars in the driveway was crazy. They put maybe half the meat a typical Panera puts on my salad and sandwich. They just kept apologizing awkwardly.

The worst location of all. Poor service, always takes a long time to pick up the food at drive thru, food in the worst condition, always out of main ingredients in the middle of the day. Seems like they don’t care at all.

Just don’t, poor service, had to finally ask if we could have our food. Hair in food, rotten tomatoes in salad, sandwich handled with dirty gloves, grossed us completely out. Couldn’t finish eating, the more we thought about it. The workers are clueless about servsafe. Restaurant too cold to sit inside. Will not be returning to any Panera, this was our last time if it wasn’t good, well, it wasn’t even sort of good. Over $30 spent to be disgusted 🤮

The worst Panera I have ever been to. I go to Panera in almost every city I travel to. This was by far one of the most unorganized and unprofessional food establishments I have ever been to. The staff in the back were cussing so loud my two young daughters mentioned it on the way out. We ordered four drinks and it took 25 minutes to receive. There is obviously no management or care for the public at this location.
Went to this location and the meal was horrible. The bread was stale and the sandwich was far less than advertised. Will never go back.
Nobody works the front counter. I was there for 1/2 hour and 1 person came there after 20 mins.
The tables were also all dirty.

Nasty, the employees use the same gloves to pick up the pastry, to scratch their head, handle speed rack, etc the manager Case or chase very unprofessional and rude. If does was done in front of me after complaining; imagining what they do when no body is looking 🤮

I came inside to place an order and have a meeting for business, and I was told by an employee that they are doing drive-through orders only.
They told me if I wanted to order food and eat inside I would need to order in the drive through and then bring it inside because they’re short staffed.
Meanwhile 3 employees are literally sitting down on their phones in the lobby.

Honestly, we didn't ask for anything. The limited staff didn't even offer the help we needed to answer our questions. Three employees walked past without saying a word to us. It's desolate. They should just close down.

If I could give this place no stars I would I ordered my for over 30 minutes in advance online when I arrived I proceeded to go through the drive thru and I was told to pull forward waited on the car in front of me and when it was my turn the lady just walks away and starts chatting with other workers then begins to sweep total ignoring me finally I had to beep my horn and I think the manager comes to the window I explained to him I ordered online and was left in the drive thru with no service for 5 or more minutes he then tells me well we are short handed I understand being short handed but when there’s a customer in the drive through you don’t ignore them and pretend to sweep very rude workers
