This was the worst Panera I have ever been to.
Service was terrible. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before anyone showed up.
Hot sandwiches were cold and the new croissant bread sandwich was terrible. So, so expensive for horrible food.
Stopped in because we had a gift card, lady at register just said it's not taking it, not even trying to enter the # or pin, which i called right after we left $25 on it. Italiano hit sandwich, not that great. I got 1/2 of tuna, must of been bad all afternoon and evening with stomach issues and sweats. Never again!

I have been coming to this location for years and I have always had the greatest experiences here. There are typically always stocked up and very rarely have I had to substitute. The bakery is so fresh, and the soups are so delicious! This is a great place to get lunch with friends and family or even solo!
Absolutely so disappointed. I paid $14 for a pick two and my sandwich was the worst thing i tried. I wouldn’t eat it. There was one very small piece of avocado, my bread was ripped in half, one tiny piece of bacon that I had to search for, too much cheese, oh and no sauce on it. I got it in the drive through and I would’ve went back and complained if I didn’t arrive home before eating it. I had no clue I’m suppose to inspect my sandwich that costed me $14 before I got home. NEVER AGAIN.
3 times in a row I place a special order and they couldn't get it right. The worst part...no one cares. Never their fault. So frustrating...
Couldn't dine in,no staff,why can't a manager step in? People sitting at tables, no service, what a joke
Hit or miss here but usually a miss. I figured well at least a cookie is easy to order but apparently They can’t even make cookies right anymore… as they told me now they are serving serve them cold and hard … why would I pay $3.33 for a cold hard cookie? I came here for a fresh baked warm one.. then asked for refund after the guy kept saying uhhhh no they don’t come hot they can’t do that.. since when? That’s a new update another reason Panera has gone downhill and the guy kept saying uhhh we can’t do that when I said I want my money back or a card to come another time then cuz I don’t want a stale cold hard cookie .. just like when I asked don’t they come hot usually and he said uhhhh no…. Uhhh uhhh uhh… and they closed the drive through and told me I had to come in if I wanted to order something so I had to park and come in and waste my time for that whole dumb experience
Had Mediterranean Salad and Asian Salad. Tasty and fresh.
The food was great but the fact that I see everyone had a fork to eat there salads with, and I had a spoon to eat my salad not a fork that didn't sit well with me so I probably want recommend this Panera Bread location to anyone. I probably want vist this location again

Not what it used to be.
I ordered a green goddess chicken corn salad. No avocado, no bacon, and my hard boiled egg was frozen. Major disappointment 😞
I ordered a tuna salad sandwich and the tuna was expired. Absolutely horrible. I called and spoke to the female manager and she said what can I do for you. There needs to be a refund. It was not edible.
Went inside to place an order and stood at the counter while 2 employees walked by the counter and didn’t even acknowledge me. I asked the 2nd employee that was walking by me if someone was going to take my order, he said he was going to get someone and came back past the counter & helped someone else. I waited a few more minutes and just walked out. I work in customer service & definitely not happy about my experience.
