Went in at 1115 for lunch but was told they don’t serve lunch until starting at noon???? Google says 1030 but this location seems lost.

Ordered a sandwich at the drive thru with lettuce and tomato only. What do I get, mayo, and why do people thing everyone wants mayo on a sandwich. The total order for 3 sandwichs and 2 chicken noodle soups and one Mac and cheese, $69.00 ,and an incorrect order. Never again.

Yet another bad Panera experience. Soggy sandwich, rotted lettuce (and the salad had TWO head stems) and, of course, a forgotten side. Time to give up on this franchise!

I found a worm in my food. The Mac and cheese to be specific. It was moving when I found him. I’m honestly horrified.

Waited in the drive thru for 17 minutes. Was surprised to see only 3 cars in front of me, one of which was asked to pull up and continue waiting, the staff was very kind, but should have stopped online, ordering if they were struggling to keep up.

Gone downhill since my last visit. Not much food for the money. Get a 1/4 bowl if soup for over 8.00 too expensive

Service was very bad. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food. Our preparer acted as if she was doing us a favor. My salad was just thrown together and my husband’s sandwich was cold as if the bread had been in the refrigerator. He also was missing items on his sandwich! No customer service. I need to add it was only one other family in the restaurant so they were not busy!

Received food that did not match what was requested or what they rang up. When I asked to have it corrected in good faith, they rudely told me there was nothing they would do and I'd have to ring up for the correct ingredients. When I received them, they were practically spoiled. My child with food allergies had a meltdown. Thanks Panera

Dining never open--supposedly short staffed, but it has been 6 visits so far. Last visit, one of the employees had their cream colored purse sitting openon a food prep area, which is highly unsanitary, as people place their bags everywhere and anywhere, including floors and taking them in bathrooms. Will not return to this location

One of the worst Panera experiences I’ve had. I was stuck in the drive-thru for 30 minutes during my break with no way to exit. After paying, I was told the wait would be even longer. Had I known that from the start, I would have made a different choice. It ended up taking my entire break—and then some. I understand if the store is short-staffed, but the lack of communication was frustrating. I also had to leave without a drink, and now the refund request is taking just as long—during my second break. I’d avoid this location if you’re short on time. (Visited on 5/25/25)
