Very very disappointed. We ordered onion soup and there was almost no cheese in it whatsoever and what was in. It did not melt in the.” Hot” Soup. I called and I asked for the manager, and the girl said she was the manager. I asked for her name and she proceeded to hang up on me.
I sincerely hope this gets seen by corporate, this was the Panera bread close to the target shopping center or Kohl’s on route 17 in Myrtle Beach
She asked if I had a receipt and I checked inside the bag and there was no receipt. It was eight dollars for a very small cup of soup. The price was bad enough, but the attitude of the manager was 10 times worse.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Delicious food - haven't been disappointed with anything ordered.

Not bad for processed fast food. Soups are my go to but they are not consistent and add too much salt for my liking at times. Staff has always been friendly and efficient.

It was 8 o'clock and it looked like they were closing. A few people walked in and no one came to the counter to wait on them so they left. Apparently, they were short help that night. Food was good as always though.

Love the food here BUT the service is not great. The last 3-4 times I’ve gone there the drive-thru has been closed. Not late at night either. It’s been at 5:30-6 PM. Maybe it’s staffing shortages but it happens too often.

I eat at Panera very regularly in many places. This one is a big disappointment. The lettuce had been exposed to freeze, the salad volume was much smaller than usual. I requested no cheese and that was ignored. There were other issues but that is enough.

Food was good but, the place was nasty..I had to ask someone to clean a table for us to eat. This place should be clean at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.

If you're employees are gonna sweep the floor they might want to take off their gloves and throw them away before they make my sandwich.

Mediterranean sandwich used to be awesome. Twice now I received a sandwich that was virtually empty. Really skimping on the fresh vegetables in a VEGGIE sandwich. Huge disappointment more than once. 👎

Holly cow. I should have never watched them prepare the food through the window. I don't think I'll be able to eat at Panara again.
