Very disappointing. Been out of country about 2 years since I was last able to visit and clearly this place has gone downhill. Broccoli soup was watery and not thick, so called French baguette was nothing but soft white bread with zero crust crunch. No self order kiosk so I wanted 5 minutes in line behind a lady who couldn't decide what to get for her free cookie. No sliced lemons for the drinks.

Just went through the drive through, I have been a Panera customer forever… the staff here is so sweet, I went at 7:45pm and the food was fresh and delicious. If I hadn’t already eaten my salad I’d post a picture because the person who made it, made it beautifully.

Bree or Bri helped us at checkout and was very nice and helpful explaining the menu. You could tell she was very busy trying to juggle multiple tasks and still took the time to focus on us very happy. She seems like a very hard worker

Always out of everything I try to order lmao.
I'd like to review the food or service, but I never get the chance.
They simply "run out of" (forget to prep) what I try to order, every single time I go :)

Very bad service. They have no experience. I asked for a bagel and they gave me that it was very torn and cut randomly. A child had cut it and it was not good. This is my 6th visit to them. Very poor service and they won't replace it even if it's less than a star. They deserve less

This location has continuously disappointed me to the point that I will no longer place an order. I ordered delivery through their site because I totaled my car. More often than not, my order was incorrect. Usually, I received some compensation, but the manager stopped communicating with me, and I didn't receive anything; however, I continued to order. I ordered between 25-35 times and spent between $30-$40 each time. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I placed an order, and the item wasn't available. I was told I would receive a refund, but it has yet to arrive. I sent countless calls and sent numerous emails for a refund. I'm including pictures of the quality of the food I received.

3 visits and out of baguettes each time. For a business branded by the name Panera *Bread* it would seem reasonable to expect you to have bread.
