Originally went to place order for delivery. I said I would pick up at the Socastee location he said this in the one on kings hwy MB so he said he would transfer me to Socastee. So I was put on hold. Then the lady said is this delivery or pick up I said pick up. Gave my order drove to Socastee to pick it up. Come to find out he never transferred me.. So call back change it to delivery not offered an apology or nothing. Pizza will probably be cold and now it's been on over and hour no dinner... Poor service!!!

Been ordering from here years, and the service was always good. I assume the whole staff is new now, even down to management. Tonight, my order was supposed to be delivered at 9:45. I kept checking the app and no knock at the door. At 9:55 the app told me my order was deliver at 9:35. Called the store and the girl tracked it and said DoorDash left it by a green dumpster. From the tone in her voice, I could tell she thought it was funny. She told me they could refund me or send out another order. I told her I’d take another and pick it up myself cause I order for my kids and didn’t want to risk the same issue. Long story short, when I got there I requested a full refund and the food for free. The manager gave me a delivery discount, so I literally paid for the full order anyway. Got it home, my kids were sleep and the pizza was dry and like warm. This store has went down in quality. It’ll be a long time before give them another shot, if I even. 👎🏾

This place is a COMPLETE joke! Employees beyond DISRESPECTFUL! I ordered food they took $31.94 out! And then when I got there they asked for payment! They said they didn’t get the payment yet it shows in my bank that they got it! I had to pay it 2x!! And then tells me I gotta dispute my card! I’m not getting a new card over some pizza place!! I want all my money back! This is RIDICULOUS!!
They could have some friendly service that would make this place a lot better customer should not have to walk into a place without being greeted, Cashier should ask the customer what's their order, there should not be a 10 minute silence time to be acknowledged ??♀️??ugghhh
Just had the XL New York Style Pizza delivered, and it is the best pizza I've had in a while. Ordered it online for a future time, it arrived right on the dot. Couldn't ask for it to be any easier and like I said it was excellent.

We ordered two large pizzas and wings for our little clan.We arrived in 15 minutes as they were boxing up the hot pizzas.Exactly as they had promised.The pizzas were especially tasty after spending the day on the beach.Thanks to the guys working on Sunday so we could eat together.

This place is a joke. I ordered on line like I've done a hundred times before from this same location, and five minutes later the store calls me and tells me they can't deliver my order because my address is invalid!! Keep in mind I've lived at this same location for over 33 years!! What a joke. Placed an order on line with Pizza Hut and what do you know my order is on the way. Pathetic!!
