I'd give it zero stars if possible. Order online and then they tell me when I get to the store it's going to be an hour???? What a joke. That's how you all do it down South. Then as I'm waiting I get a Humpty Dumpy nearly touching me and talking to me for no reason. I had to run out of there to avoid sickness. As a Chicagoland/Northwest Indiana guy I'm used to Champion service. I pray you all get your hearts changed for the better. In the meantime, stay far away from this joke of a place.

Good food, horrible pricing, and delivery communication!We ordered pizza and bread sticks. The food was hot, good, and looked good. We had two separate orders, and they sent two separate people for this delivery within 3 minutesof each other.The 1st guy delivered to our room, the 2nd lady delivered across the street. We had to look for her at that. It took 45 minutes. Because of the delivery situation, which was not clear, I gave a major deduction.They advertised delivery to our hotel room at Ocean One Resort and did not fulfill their obligation. We should not have had to go across the street to get our order.I do feel like we were overcharged for 2 lg pepperoni pizzas - brownies dessert - bread sticks with marina sauce - 12pc wings were $99.99
The ACTUAL STORE is great! Nice people that don't allow people to skip you in line, and do their job how they should. The issue and a rough one... calling to place a order. It's horrendous. You can't understand half of what they say, they ask 20 questions and keep you on the phone. I simply want to order my pizza and be done. They ask you the same stuff at the beginning and again at the end. Everything from trying to add stuff to your order, to wanting to know how I'll pay when I go pick up my food inside the store. Well um, if I have enough cash then cash if not then card that's my business. The food is already pricey but it is made with care and always correct. The operator is the cause for the low rating, everything else is amazing but the stress of simply wanting onto quickly order and get off the phone from an "operator" that doesn't even work at the store is pretty frustrating.

The ONLY bad experience that I have ever had with Pappa John’s!!! They had no delivery drivers, so they had to Door Dadh, which I get!!! But they made the pizza abou a half hour before the driver even got to the establishment to pick it up, so it was beyond cold upon its arrival!!! We got no garlic butter (which they said doesn’t come with thin crust), nor did we get any Parmesan or crushed red pepper packets. We called and asked for both, and the lady on the phone said that she would have to door dash the packets that we asked for, and it would be a while!!!I NEVER leave anything but good reviews, being in the service industry myself. A simile mistake happens from time to time. But if you have to wait over a half hour to have somebody else deliver a cold pizza, the least you could do is send the condiments that are supposed to come with it. Especially if it’s the first order of the day!!! If you can’t get the customers orders right when you aren’t busy, how do you stay in business???And to top it off, no points were given toward our ordering online.This was my first, and only time, that I will ever give this particular Pappa John’s my business.

Ordered online and went to the store for pickup. They were pretty busy, so a 25 minute wait. Food was really good and the place was clean. Takeout only but had seating to wait. Employees were friendly. Used an online coupon for extra savings.

This store is a joke went in placed an order for 3 papadias and they only rung up one and after waiting 50 mins for my food the guy says I'm sorry I only put in one and told me it would be another hour wait for the next two so I took the one I got back to get the kids fed and called to order the other two to see if they could atleast put a rush on it and no they would not I don't see how it take 50 mins to make one and why when it was their fault they messed up they couldn't get it fixed and in a more timely manner also they were very rude about the whole thing we don't have Papa John's in our hometown and look forward to it on vacation but this location clearly knows it has an endless supply of customers bc it's in a vacation town and so they have no customer service and don't care how they affect other ppl they really aren't looking to wow u or make a good experience at all
