I ordered a pizza for delivery, waited for over an hour only to track my order to see that it had been listed as delivered. I placed the order as cash so at least I’m not out any money, but I’m kinda curious who it was delivered to. Oh well, not my problem any more I guess.

Waited and waited. Then i randomly opened the door and my pizza was laying on the ground outside my apartment with the “seal” broken. Its just me here and there was no knock what so ever so I’m
Glad I got my pizza, yet its seal is broken and it’s an hour after I ordered it and cold. Worst pizza delivery ever

Yesterday I placed an order and I don’t get my order and they said they went to my home and they have pictures and o told him I have cámaras and nobody came to my home and they still trying the I’m stupid and they said I never answered the phone and I don’t have any call from them so….
I call for the 3rd time and they said it’s on the way and I said it’s been almost 3 hrs waiting for my phone and my husband it’s so mad because we never get the order…
I call for a refund and they just hang up the phone I neeed to call again today to ask about my refund because it’s almost 70 dollars…. I wish we get a better customer service next time…

I tried ordering lunch to get delivered to me just 2 miles down the road because my car was being worked on. My total came to 33 dollars after delivery fee which was supposes to be removed with the promo code and the tip and I even ordered more then what I needed....went to pat for it and it said I needed to have a minimum of 40 dollars to get delivered.....needless to say I canceled because there's no way I'm spending 40 dollars for a damn lunch....greedy a holes

Placed an order for delivery an hour and 15 minutes ago atill waiting. I called 20 minutes ago and was told it would be here in 5 to 10 minutes still waiting.

I ordered a pizza wings and a soda and when the delivery guy got to my location there was no soda I called the store to tell them and the guy that answered the phone had a straight attitude wanted to argue on the phone and hung up on me will never order from this location again

I've never had Papa John's before and I figured I'd stop by on my way home. The person taking orders seemed to be having a bad day and was sorta rude. He seemed like he didn't want to be there and it almost made me leave the establishment. Didn't wait long on my food tho so that was a plus.

Our order was missing a bottle of soda we immediately called and the manager had an attitude about delivering it. After call we opened our food boxes... if there was a ZERO star rating that is what I'd give. The pizza and bread sticks were cold, like I mean cold not not hot or warm...COLD. The Papa Bowl that is $10 didn't even cover the bottom of the container, not sure why it was lacking a normal amount of ingredients. We are disgusted with this location and will not order from here again!

Ordered delivery on the app. They changed it to pick up. Then when I got there they tried to charge me again. Even pulled up my bank app and showed the charge. The idiot behind the counter still said he needed me to pay again. Avoid these
